CVE-2026-63989 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-10-08 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bridge: Fix sleep in atomic context in netlink path Since the introduction of the netlink configuration path for bridge ports in commit 25c71c75ac87 ("bridge: bridge port parameters over netlink"), br_setport() was always called with the bridge lock held around it. Back then this decision made sense: The bridge lock protects the STP state of the bridge and its ports and at that time the function only processed three STP related netlink attributes (cost, priority and state). Nowadays, br_setport() processes a lot more attributes and most of them do not need the bridge lock: * Bridge flags: Only require RTNL. Read locklessly by the data path. Annotations can be added in net-next. * FDB port flushing: Only requires the FDB lock. * Multicast attributes: Only require the multicast lock. * Group forward mask: Only requires RTNL. Read locklessly by the data path. Annotations can be added in net-next. * Backup port and NHID: Only require RTNL. Read locklessly by the data path. This is a problem as the bridge calls dev_set_promiscuity() when certain bridge port flags change and this function can sleep since the commit cited below, resulting in a splat such as [1]. Fix this by reducing the scope of the bridge lock and only take it when processing the three STP related attributes that require it. This is consistent with the multicast attributes where each attribute acquires the multicast lock instead of having one critical section for all relevant attributes. CVE-2026-14905 1 Ibm 4 Datapower Gateway 1050, Datapower Gateway 1060, Datapower Gateway 106cd and 1 more 2026-10-08 8.2 High
IBM DataPower Gateway 10.5.0.0 through 10.5.0.22, 10.6.1 through 10.6.6, 10.6.0.0 through 10.6.0.10, and 11.0.0.0 through 11.0.0.2 is vulnerable to an XML external entity injection (XXE) attack when processing XML data. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability to expose sensitive information or consume memory resources.
CVE-2026-70601 2 Electron, Electronjs 2 Electron, Electron 2026-10-08 7.5 High
Electron is a framework for writing cross-platform desktop applications using JavaScript, HTML and CSS. Prior to 39.8.9, 40.9.2, 41.2.2, and 42.0.0-beta.5, apps that expose Promise-returning functions to web content via contextBridge may be vulnerable to a context isolation bypass. Untrusted web content could obtain access to the isolated preload world and, through it, every capability the preload script has. In renderers without a sandbox, or with nodeIntegration enabled, this may escalate to Node.js access. Apps are affected if they expose Promise-returning functions via contextBridge, the standard pattern for wrapping ipcRenderer.invoke, in windows that load untrusted content. This issue is fixed in versions 39.8.9, 40.9.2, 41.2.2, and 42.0.0-beta.5.
CVE-2026-70606 2 Electron, Electronjs 2 Electron, Electron 2026-10-08 5.9 Medium
Electron is a framework for writing cross-platform desktop applications using JavaScript, HTML and CSS. Prior to 40.10.6, 41.9.1, 42.5.1, and 43.0.0, when a custom protocol handler returned a ProtocolResponse with a url and no session, Electron made the upstream request through defaultSession instead of the session that handled the protocol. A cached response could then be reused across otherwise isolated session partitions. Apps that use ProtocolResponse.url, omit ProtocolResponse.session, and rely on separate sessions to isolate content are affected. This issue is fixed in versions 40.10.6, 41.9.1, 42.5.1, and 43.0.0.
CVE-2026-70608 2 Electron, Electronjs 2 Electron, Electron 2026-10-08 7.2 High
Electron is a framework for writing cross-platform desktop applications using JavaScript, HTML and CSS. Prior to 39.8.10, 41.10.3, and 42.0.1, a sandboxed iframe without the allow-popups keyword could still open a new window or trigger setWindowOpenHandler with no user interaction because new-window navigations taking the OpenURL path did not apply the iframe sandbox popup restriction. Apps that embed untrusted content in sandboxed iframes and rely on the absence of allow-popups to prevent window creation are affected, while apps that deny window creation in setWindowOpenHandler or do not embed untrusted content in sandboxed iframes are not affected. This issue is fixed in 39.8.10, 41.10.3, and 42.0.1.
CVE-2026-91796 3 Foxit, Foxitsoftware, Microsoft 5 Pdf Editor, Pdf Reader, Foxit Pdf Editor and 2 more 2026-10-08 6.1 Medium
The interface of Foxit PDF Editor/Reader lacks the permission verification for secure reading mode, which allows specially crafted PDFs to trigger external SMB authentication without any security prompts and thereby leak the hash of the user's credentials.
CVE-2026-102127 2 Accellion, Kiteworks 2 Kiteworks, Kiteworks Email Protection Gateway 2026-10-08 7 High
An XML parser used by Kiteworks Email Protection Gateway did not restrict external entity references. Where an optional, non-default message-processing feature is enabled, a remote and unauthenticated sender could potentially use a crafted message to read files accessible to the gateway service account, including cryptographic key material and credentials, and have them sent to a destination they control.
CVE-2026-102125 2 Accellion, Kiteworks 2 Kiteworks, Core 2026-10-08 8.8 High
The sandbox that isolates document conversion on a Kiteworks appliance did not fully confine the code running inside it. Code already executing within that sandbox could potentially escape its confinement and act with the privileges of the service account that runs the application, which could allow an attacker in that position to read or modify application data and configuration, or to disrupt the service on the affected appliance.
CVE-2026-102124 2 Accellion, Kiteworks 2 Kiteworks, Core 2026-10-08 6.5 Medium
A Kiteworks appliance setup interface did not enforce authentication once the appliance had completed initial configuration. An unauthenticated attacker with network access to the appliance could read and modify a limited set of setup records, including a contact name and email address captured during initial configuration.
CVE-2026-106016 1 Mozilla 1 Firefox 2026-10-08 9.8 Critical
Mitigation bypass in the File Handling component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 157.0.1.
CVE-2026-76278 1 Splunk 1 Splunk Enterprise 2026-10-08 4.3 Medium
In Splunk Enterprise versions below 10.4.3, 10.2.7, and 10.0.10, a user that holds a role with the edit_spl2_module_permissions capability could use the affected Representational State Transfer (REST) API to access permission grants for SPL2 modules that the user does not have permission to view. The vulnerability is possible because Splunk Enterprise does not verify that the user can read the requested app before the affected REST API returns SPL2 module permission grants. For more information see Module permissions (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/search/spl2-search-manual/modules-statements-and-views/module-permissions) and Manage SPL2 modules (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/search/spl2-search-manual/multiple-searches-in-an-spl2-module/manage-spl2-modules) in the Splunk documentation. Splunk Enterprise versions 9.4.x are not affected.

IBM Financial Transaction Manager (FTM) for RedHat OpenShift could allow a remote authenticated attacker to obtain sensitive information due to improper restriction of XML external entity references.
CVE-2026-15830 1 Djangoproject 1 Django 2026-10-08 5.3 Medium
An issue was discovered in Django 6.0 before 6.0.9 and 5.2 before 5.2.18. GeoDjango's `django.contrib.gis.geos.GEOSGeometry` is subject to a potential denial-of-service when parsing deeply nested `GEOMETRYCOLLECTION` objects supplied as well-known text (WKT), well-known binary (WKB), or hex-encoded WKB, which triggers unbounded recursion and a segmentation fault in the underlying GEOS library. Spatial field lookups and the `django.contrib.gis.forms.GeometryField` form field are also affected. Earlier, unsupported Django series (such as 5.1.x, 5.0.x, and 4.2.x) were not evaluated and may also be affected. Django would like to thank Andrew MacPherson and kimchunbok_ for reporting this issue.
CVE-2026-105785 1 Laurent 22 1 Joplin 2026-10-08 4.8 Medium
Joplin is an open source note-taking and to-do application that organises notes and lists into notebooks. Prior to Joplin Server 3.7.2, packages/server/src/models/TokenModel.ts stores CSRF, account-confirmation, email-change, and password-reset tokens without a purpose, and packages/server/src/models/UserModel.ts allows UserModel.resetPassword to accept any token returned by TokenModel.userFromToken. An attacker who obtains a victim's CSRF or confirmation token through a separate disclosure channel can submit it to the public password-reset endpoint, replace the victim's password, and cause the existing sessions and API applications to be deleted. This issue is fixed in Joplin Server 3.7.2.
CVE-2026-105754 2 Vllm, Vllm-project 2 Vllm, Vllm 2026-10-08 6.5 Medium
vLLM is an inference and serving engine for large language models. Prior to 0.30.0, the /inference/v1/generate endpoint in the disaggregated scale-out path accepts caller-supplied tensors in the features.kwargs_data field, cache identifiers in the features.mm_hashes field, ranges in the features.mm_placeholders field, and wire-selected multimodal field processors without rebinding them to the active model renderer contract. Forged grid geometry, field types, or non-positive placeholder lengths can terminate the shared EngineCore; when an attacker knows or can induce a victim's content hash, forged cache hashes can poison or retrieve cross-request encoder-cache state; and dropped sparse placeholder masks can alter replayed transport semantics. This issue is fixed in version 0.30.0.
CVE-2026-105699 1 Langflow 1 Langflow 2026-10-08 N/A
Langflow is a tool for building and deploying AI-powered agents and workflows. From 1.6.8 until 1.9.1, Langflow authenticated access to the project identifier in a project-scoped MCP connection but did not authorize the resource URI supplied to resources/read. read_resource forwarded the attacker-controlled URI to handle_read_resource, which parsed a flow_id and filename and called storage_service.get_file without verifying that the flow belonged to the authenticated user or current project. A user with access to any project-scoped MCP endpoint could therefore request another user's flow-backed file, while global handle_list_resources and handle_list_tools behavior could disclose flow and file identifiers that made targeting easier. The vulnerability disclosed uploaded documents, structured data, prompts, and other private flow artifacts across tenants but did not modify victim files or stored flows. This issue is fixed in version 1.9.1.
CVE-2026-95394 1 Wireshark 1 Wireshark 2026-10-08 4.7 Medium
Microsoft Network Monitor file parser large loop in 4.6.0 to 4.6.8 and 4.4.0 to 4.4.18 allows denial of service
CVE-2026-105753 2 Vllm, Vllm-project 2 Vllm, Vllm 2026-10-08 6.5 Medium
vLLM is an inference and serving engine for large language models. Prior to 0.28.0, the default mirrored multimodal LRU cache can commit a media hash in the frontend sender cache during multimodal rendering and before engine admission, while the engine receiver cache never receives the payload if that request is rejected. A later request reusing the same media hash causes MultiModalProcessorSenderCache to send no payload and MultiModalReceiverCache to reach an assertion with the message "Expected a cached item," producing a shared-service availability failure. This issue is fixed in version 0.28.0.
