This attack appear to be exploitable via the victim must open a specially crafted WARC file. | ||||
| CVE-2018-1000030 | 2 Canonical, Python | 2 Ubuntu Linux, Python | 2026-10-08 | 3.6 Low |
| Python 2.7.14 is vulnerable to a Heap-Buffer-Overflow as well as a Heap-Use-After-Free. Python versions prior to 2.7.14 may also be vulnerable and it appears that Python 2.7.17 and prior may also be vulnerable however this has not been confirmed. The vulnerability lies when multiply threads are handling large amounts of data. In both cases there is essentially a race condition that occurs. For the Heap-Buffer-Overflow, Thread 2 is creating the size for a buffer, but Thread1 is already writing to the buffer without knowing how much to write. So when a large amount of data is being processed, it is very easy to cause memory corruption using a Heap-Buffer-Overflow. As for the Use-After-Free, Thread3->Malloc->Thread1->Free's->Thread2-Re-uses-Free'd Memory. The PSRT has stated that this is not a security vulnerability due to the fact that the attacker must be able to run code, however in some situations, such as function as a service, this vulnerability can potentially be used by an attacker to violate a trust boundary, as such the DWF feels this issue deserves a CVE. | ||||
| CVE-2017-1000158 | 2 Debian, Python | 2 Debian Linux, Python | 2026-10-08 | 9.8 Critical |
| CPython (aka Python) up to 2.7.13 is vulnerable to an integer overflow in the PyString_DecodeEscape function in stringobject.c, resulting in heap-based buffer overflow (and possible arbitrary code execution) | ||||
| CVE-2016-9063 | 3 Debian, Mozilla, Python | 3 Debian Linux, Firefox, Python | 2026-10-08 | 9.8 Critical |
| An integer overflow during the parsing of XML using the Expat library. This vulnerability affects Firefox < 50. | ||||
| CVE-2016-4472 | 4 Canonical, Libexpat Project, Mcafee and 1 more | 4 Ubuntu Linux, Libexpat, Policy Auditor and 1 more | 2026-10-08 | 8.1 High |
| The overflow protection in Expat is removed by compilers with certain optimization settings, which allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (crash) or possibly execute arbitrary code via crafted XML data. NOTE: this vulnerability exists because of an incomplete fix for CVE-2015-1283 and CVE-2015-2716. | ||||
| CVE-2016-0718 | 10 Apple, Canonical, Debian and 7 more | 16 Mac Os X, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 13 more | 2026-10-08 | 9.8 Critical |
| Expat allows context-dependent attackers to cause a denial of service (crash) or possibly execute arbitrary code via a malformed input document, which triggers a buffer overflow. | ||||
| CVE-2026-44038 | 1 Offis | 1 Dcmtk | 2026-10-08 | 4.4 Medium |
| A global out-of-bounds read in the Huffman decoder of the bundled IJG JPEG libraries (dcmjpeg/libijg8, libijg12 and libijg16) of OFFIS DCMTK 3.7.0 allows an attacker to read memory beyond the extend_test[] and extend_offset[] tables, causing incorrectly decoded pixel data or a crash, via a DICOM file with a crafted JPEG stream whose Huffman table defines a difference category above 15. Huffman symbol values are not range-checked unless DCMTK is built with DCMTK_ENABLE_STRICT_HUFFMAN_TABLE_CHECK, which is disabled by default. dcmdjpeg and any application that decompresses JPEG DICOM images with DCMTK are affected. The issue is fixed in commit d6ae1bc8d5b9ae9c7300013c8c85cc2ea0fd8cf5. | ||||
| CVE-2026-44034 | 1 Offis | 1 Dcmtk | 2026-10-08 | 4.4 Medium |
| A heap-based out-of-bounds read in DcmRLECodecDecoder::decodeFrame() in dcmdata/libsrc/dcrleccd.cc of OFFIS DCMTK 3.7.0 allows an attacker to read up to 63 bytes of adjacent heap memory, or cause a crash, via a crafted RLE Lossless DICOM file whose pixel data fragment is shorter than the 64-byte RLE header. The function copies 64 bytes without checking the fragment length, a check that the sibling function decode() already performs. Applications that decode RLE images frame by frame (for example, through DcmPixelData::getUncompressedFrame()) are affected. The dcmdrle command-line tool uses decode() and is not affected. The issue is fixed in commit 45469f3c30037e9c7159290e4bb74cd7b3b9ef1d. | ||||
| CVE-2026-105570 | 1 Docker | 2 Docker Sandboxes, Sandboxes | 2026-10-08 | N/A |
| Docker Sandboxes compared OAuth token-endpoint hostnames case-sensitively when deciding whether to mask managed credential responses, while request routing treated DNS hostnames case-insensitively. Untrusted code inside a sandbox could use a case-variant hostname to reach the genuine provider endpoint while bypassing response masking. If a user completed the OAuth flow, the provider's access and refresh tokens could be returned unmasked to the sandbox, exposing host-managed credentials. | ||||
| CVE-2026-107325 | 1 Mongodb | 1 Go Driver | 2026-10-08 | 5.9 Medium |
| Improper validation of a BSON array length in the MongoDB Go Driver can cause an out-of-bounds index and runtime panic when an application calls bson.RawArray.Validate or bsoncore.Array.Validate on a malformed four-byte array. An unauthenticated actor who can supply raw BSON array data to an affected application may terminate an unprotected application process, causing a denial of service. No confidentiality or integrity impact has been identified. | ||||
| CVE-2025-49796 | 1 Redhat | 16 Cert Manager, Discovery, Enterprise Linux and 13 more | 2026-10-08 | 9.1 Critical |
| A vulnerability was found in libxml2. Processing certain sch:name elements from the input XML file can trigger a memory corruption issue. This flaw allows an attacker to craft a malicious XML input file that can lead libxml to crash, resulting in a denial of service or other possible undefined behavior due to sensitive data being corrupted in memory. | ||||
| CVE-2026-14474 | 1 Redhat | 9 Enterprise Linux, Enterprise Linux Eus, Openshift and 6 more | 2026-10-08 | 8.8 High |
| A flaw was found in SSSD's LDAP sudo provider. When the ldap_sudo_search_base option is not explicitly configured, SSSD searches the entire LDAP directory tree for sudoRole objects. An authenticated attacker with write access to any subtree can inject a sudoRole object granting root-level sudo privileges on all SSSD-enrolled hosts. | ||||
| CVE-2026-107288 | 1 Pydantic | 1 Pydantic-ai | 2026-10-08 | 3.7 Low |
| Pydantic AI is a Python agent framework for building applications and workflows with Generative AI. From 1.77.0 until 1.107.6 and 2.44.0, the local web_fetch_tool and the WebFetch local fallback compare blocked_domains entries with a URL hostname before both values are normalized to the form used by getaddrinfo. An attacker-influenced model can use an equivalent IDNA spelling, non-ASCII label separator, case variation, or trailing root label that resolves to a blocked host but does not match the configured string, causing the application to fetch that host with its own privileges. allowed_domains fails closed for unmatched spellings, and private-IP and cloud-metadata protections remain effective. This issue is fixed in versions 1.107.6 and 2.44.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-107289 | 1 Pydantic | 1 Pydantic-ai | 2026-10-08 | 6.8 Medium |
| Pydantic AI is a Python agent framework for building applications and workflows with Generative AI. From 1.56.0 until 1.107.6 and 2.44.0, applications that opt attacker-influenced URLs into local network access through FileUrl with force_download='allow-local' or web_fetch_tool with allow_local_urls=True can bypass the cloud-metadata blocklist by appending an IPv6 zone identifier to an IPv6 metadata address. IPv6Address equality and hashing include the zone identifier, so the blocklist comparison fails even though the network stack ignores the zone on a non-link-local destination and reaches the metadata service, potentially exposing cloud IAM credentials. The opt-in settings are disabled by default, and the issue requires an IPv6-enabled environment. This issue is fixed in versions 1.107.6 and 2.44.0. | ||||
| CVE-2026-106437 | 1 Mongodb | 1 C Driver | 2026-10-08 | 6.2 Medium |
| The BSON buffer-reservation API in the MongoDB C Driver can record a length smaller than the five-byte BSON minimum. Later append or comparison operations can underflow unsigned length calculations and read or write outside the document buffer. An actor who can influence the length supplied by an embedding application can cause the application to terminate or read or corrupt adjacent process memory. Reaching this issue requires the application to pass an undersized value to bson_reserve_buffer and then perform an affected operation. | ||||
| CVE-2026-106429 | 1 Mongodb | 1 Libmongocrypt | 2026-10-08 | 6.5 Medium |
| An integer underflow in the KMS endpoint-parsing logic of MongoDB libmongocrypt can cause an allocation failure that terminates the application process. This can occur when an authenticated user modifies a key document in the key vault collection, or when an application accepts a KMS endpoint containing a colon after its path or query during key creation. The issue does not access memory outside its allocated bounds. | ||||
| CVE-2026-107324 | 1 Mongodb | 1 Go Driver | 2026-10-08 | 5.9 Medium |
| An integer overflow in BSON value-length handling in the MongoDB Go Driver can cause a runtime panic when an application validates or accesses a malformed BSON document. An unauthenticated actor who can supply BSON bytes to an affected application may terminate an unprotected application process, causing a denial of service. The driver's server-monitoring path contains panic recovery and is limited to server-selection failure. | ||||
| CVE-2026-87671 | 1 Brocade | 1 Fabric Os | 2026-10-08 | N/A |
| An out-of-bounds memory read vulnerability exists in the web management daemon of Brocade Fabric OS versions before 10.0.1. Unauthenticated HTTP endpoints process specific URL query parameters without validating array index boundaries or performing numerical range checks. An unauthenticated remote attacker can exploit this issue by sending a single, crafted HTTP request containing extreme numerical values in the query string. This causes an invalid memory dereference, resulting in a crash of the web management process (Denial of Service) and potential temporary management-plane disruption. | ||||
