CVE-2026-82335 1 Ibm 1 Guardium Data Protection 2026-10-08 8.1 High
IBM Guardium Data Protection 12.0, 12.1, 12.2 is vulnerable to a heap-based buffer overflow in the MongoDB protocol parser. A remote attacker could send a specially crafted MongoDB SCRAM username containing an excessive length and cause memory corruption, potentially resulting in denial of service or arbitrary code execution.
CVE-2026-82344 1 Ibm 1 Guardium Data Protection 2026-10-08 8.1 High
IBM Guardium Data Protection 12.0, 12.1 is vulnerable to a heap-based buffer overflow in the S-TAP TrafficTap TDS login reassembly functionality. An unauthenticated remote attacker can send crafted TDS login fragments that exceed the fixed-size reassembly buffer, potentially resulting in denial of service or arbitrary code execution on the affected system.
CVE-2026-46572 1 Tuxera 1 Ntfs-3g 2026-10-08 7.4 High
In NTFS-3G before 2026.7.7, a heap buffer overflow exists in ntfs_ib_cut_tail() in libntfs-3g/index.c that allows an attacker to corrupt heap memory in the SUID-root ntfs-3g binary by crafting a malicious NTFS image. The overflow is triggered by creating a file in a specially crafted directory.
CVE-2026-84290 1 Ibm 1 Guardium Data Protection 2026-10-08 5.1 Medium
IBM Guardium Data Protection 12.0, 12.1, 12.2 is affected by an improper validation of user-supplied pointers in the WfpMonitor kernel driver. Certain METHOD_NEITHER IOCTL handlers dereference user-controlled pointers without adequate probing and exception handling, potentially allowing a privileged local attacker to cause a system crash or perform limited kernel-memory reads.
CVE-2026-95125 1 Libming 1 Libming 2026-10-08 N/A
libming through 0.4.8 contains a heap buffer overflow in r_readc() in src/blocks/fromswf.c. A crafted SWF file with a malformed or truncated RECT header can cause a denial of service.
CVE-2026-93522 2026-10-08 N/A
No description is available for this CVE.
CVE-2026-106063 1 Redhat 1 Enterprise Linux 2026-10-08 6.3 Medium
A heap-based buffer overflow was found in GIMP’s DICOM export plug-in. When exporting an image with extremely large width and height, the export path allocates a buffer using a 32-bit width * height (and bytes-per-pixel) product that can overflow. GEGL then writes the full uncompressed extent into the undersized buffer, after integer overflow in the allocation size
CVE-2026-106062 1 Redhat 1 Enterprise Linux 2026-10-08 7.8 High
A heap-based buffer overflow was found in GIMP’s DirectDraw Surface (DDS) loader. When loading a crafted DDS image, buffer sizes derived from width, height, and pitch can be computed using 32-bit arithmetic that overflows. The allocated buffer is too small for the amount of pixel data written through GEGL, following integer overflow in size calculations. This may allow heap corruption and, in the worst case, arbitrary code execution in the context of the GIMP process.
CVE-2026-105249 1 Vgmstream 1 Vgmstream 2026-10-07 4.8 Medium
A weakness has been identified in vgmstream up to r2117. This impacts the function make_group_random of the file src/meta/txtp_process.c of the component TXTP File Handler. This manipulation causes use after free. The attack needs to be launched locally. Patch name: ae37662ad626254ddd96ad69ac263792d7a92024. It is recommended to apply a patch to fix this issue.
CVE-2026-76747 2026-10-07 9.1 Critical
Buffer overflow vulnerabilities exist in the affected interface of AOS-S. Successful exploitation could allow an unauthenticated remote attacker to expose sensitive memory contents and cause a denial of service on the device.
CVE-2026-76745 2026-10-07 9.6 Critical
Memory corruption vulnerabilities exist in AOS-S that are reachable by an unauthenticated adjacent attacker. Successful exploitation could allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code.
CVE-2026-106066 1 Redhat 1 Enterprise Linux 2026-10-07 6.3 Medium
A heap-based buffer overflow was found in GIMP’s raw data export plug-in. When exporting very large images, g_malloc() sizing based on overflowing width * height * bytes-per-pixel can allocate far less memory than GEGL reads or writes during export, following integer overflow
CVE-2026-106064 1 Redhat 1 Enterprise Linux 2026-10-07 6.3 Medium
A heap-based buffer overflow was found in GIMP’s GIF export plug-in. Exporting an image with very large width and height can cause 32-bit overflow when computing the pixel buffer size. The plug-in allocates a buffer based on the wrapped value while GEGL writes using the true image extent, rooted in integer overflow
CVE-2026-76464 2026-10-07 9.6 Critical
As part of Cisco's ongoing commitment to proactive security and product quality, the Cisco networking engineering team has conducted a comprehensive internal security review. This review resulted in a software hardening release that addresses multiple internally discovered vulnerabilities. The vulnerabilities tracked by this CVE-2026-76464 are related to buffer management issues that are grouped under the Common Weakness Enumeration (CWE) CWE-119.
CVE-2026-106067 1 Redhat 1 Enterprise Linux 2026-10-07 6.3 Medium
A heap-based buffer overflow was found in GIMP’s Hot color filter plug-in. For very large images, a pixel buffer is allocated using overflowing 32-bit width * height (and related) arithmetic while the filter’s pixel access path uses the true image size, after integer overflow in the allocation size
CVE-2021-36343 1 Dell 822 Alienware 13 R3, Alienware 13 R3 Firmware, Alienware 15 R3 and 819 more 2026-10-07 7.5 High
Dell BIOS contains an improper input validation vulnerability. A local authenticated malicious user may potentially exploit this vulnerability by using an SMI to gain arbitrary code execution in SMRAM.

Dell BIOS contains an improper input validation vulnerability. A local authenticated malicious user may potentially exploit this vulnerability by using an SMI to gain arbitrary code execution in SMRAM.
CVE-2026-106065 1 Redhat 1 Enterprise Linux 2026-10-07 6.3 Medium
A heap-based buffer overflow was found in GIMP’s PCX export plug-in. For images with extremely large width and height, buffer allocation uses overflowing 32-bit width * height arithmetic while subsequent GEGL operations use the full extent, after integer overflow in size calculation
CVE-2026-107125 1 Xnview 1 Classic 2026-10-07 6.3 Medium
A flaw has been found in XnView Classic 2.52.5. Impacted is an unknown function of the component FLI File Parser. This manipulation of the argument starting_line causes heap-based buffer overflow. Remote exploitation of the attack is possible. Upgrading to version 2.52.6 is recommended to address this issue. Upgrading the affected component is advised.
CVE-2026-98373 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-10-07 N/A
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: mm/hugetlb: preserve mremap address delta when skipping page tables move_hugetlb_page_tables() optimizes mremap() by advancing to the last entry in the page table when the source page table does not exist, either initially or after unsharing a PMD table. The common loop increment then steps to the first entry in the next page table. However, the code advances both the source and destination addresses to the last entries in their respective page tables, which is wrong. The destination address must be advanced only by the same amount as the source address. If the source and destination offsets within their page tables differ, the destination address can be advanced too far, causing follow-up issues. Fix this by advancing the destination address by the source advance distance. With a reproducer, we were able to trigger a kernel panic on x86-64. With this fix in place, we can no longer reproduce the issue.
