CVSS v3.1 |
The SureCart – Ecommerce Made Easy For Selling Physical Products, Digital Downloads, Subscriptions, Donations, & Payments plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'comment' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 4.9.4 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. Successful execution requires the affected comment to appear on a post that loads the surecart-components runtime (e.g. via a [sc_buy_button] shortcode) and contains no sc-checkout element, as these conditions trigger the innerHTML sink in sc-cart-loader.
The Mang Board plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Arbitrary File Upload in all versions up to, and including, 2.4.4 via the mbw_file_upload function. This is due to missing file extension validation on the attacker-supplied image_path parameter, whose basename-derived file name bypasses the extension allowlist applied only to the separate file_name parameter. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to upload files that may be executable, which makes remote code execution possible. Exploitation requires the board to be configured to allow guest posts, which is the plugin's default mode; the required nonce is printed on every public board page, making it readable by any unauthenticated visitor without a WordPress login.
The RSS Aggregator by Feedzy – Feed to Post, Autoblogging, News & YouTube Video Feeds Aggregator plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'media:thumbnail@url' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 5.2.11 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. This requires the attacker to control an external RSS feed that the target site has already configured for import; no WordPress account or special plugin configuration is needed beyond that condition.
The HivePress – Business Directory, Listings & Classified Ads Plugin plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the '<custom user attribute slug> (e.g. hp_custom_link)' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 1.7.32 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. Exploitation requires that an administrator has configured a custom user attribute with a display_format template placing the %value% token inside an href, src, or style attribute context, which is a documented and expected use of the plugin's attribute display feature.
The Image Hub – Free Images from Unsplash, Pixabay, Pexels, Openverse & Giphy plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Sensitive Information Exposure in all versions up to, and including, 1.2.0 via the 'image_hub_api_keys_* (6 options)' parameter. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to extract the plaintext API credentials for six third-party services — Giphy, Openverse (client ID and secret), Pexels, Pixabay, and Unsplash — emitted verbatim into every admin page's HTML via wp_localize_script. The leaked page HTML also contains a valid image_hub_nonce AJAX nonce, which — combined with the absence of any capability check in the image_hub_update_settings AJAX handler — allows the same Subscriber-level attacker to overwrite all six stored API credential options via update_option().
Improper Neutralization of Special Elements used in an SQL Command ('SQL Injection') vulnerability in TMS Amelia ameliabooking allows SQL Injection. This issue affects Amelia: from n/a through 2.4.10.
The Photo Engine (Media Organizer & Lightroom) plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 6.5.6 This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to permanently delete arbitrary media attachments via wp_delete_attachment and upload new attachments to the site, actions that require the upload_files or edit_others_posts capabilities. A Subscriber-level user can obtain their own wplr_auth_token directly from the profile.php page source, because the admin screen guard in Meow_WPLR_Sync_Admin::__construct() is commented out, causing wp_localize_script to leak the token into every admin page view; this token can then be used from a cookie-less HTTP session to invoke destructive actions on the /?wplr-sync-api endpoint.
The TranslatePress – Translate Multilingual sites with AI Translation plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'comment' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 3.3.7 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. Exploitation requires the target site to allow unmoderated comment submission on at least one post and to have a secondary language configured — both conditions reflect TranslatePress's primary use case.
The SiteOrigin CSS plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored DOM-Based Cross-Site Scripting via the 'url (comment_author_url)' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 1.6.7 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. This is possible because WordPress core's esc_url() preserves HTML entity-encoded characters, allowing a crafted entity-encoded payload in the comment 'Website' field to survive storage and be DOM-decoded by the browser into executable markup at the sink.
The Colibri Page Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'comment' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 1.0.390 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The injected payload survives storage because the widened comment allow-list permits SVG elements with arbitrary data-* attributes; execution occurs because colibri.js, enqueued globally on every front-end page, reads the stored data-target value via jQuery.data() — which HTML-entity-decodes it — and passes the resulting string directly into jQuery(), which parses a leading '<' as HTML and fires the embedded event handler.
The User Profile Builder – Beautiful User Registration Forms, User Profiles & User Role Editor plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'display_name' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 4.0.3 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The payload persists in wp_comments.comment_author independently of the user account, so removing or changing the attacker's display name after the comment is posted does not neutralize the stored script.
The Events Made Easy plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'event[location_name]' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 3.2.22 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. This vulnerability is only exploitable when both the guest event submission feature (eme_fs[guest_submit]) and forced location creation (eme_fs[force_location_creation]) are explicitly enabled by a site administrator, as both settings default to off.
The WP Sessions Time Monitoring Full Automatic plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'action (also function, plugin, post_type, post_status, ids, loggedout, and POST post_title)' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 1.1.5 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page.
The HUSKY – Products Filter for WooCommerce Professional plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Sensitive Information Exposure in all versions up to, and including, 1.4.5 via the 'woof_settings[woof_stat][server_options]' parameter. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to extract the external MySQL host, database name, username, and plaintext password stored in woof_settings[woof_stat][server_options] from the inline woof_tm_data script object on any public frontend filter page. This is only exploitable when an administrator has enabled the Statistics extension, saved external MySQL connection credentials, and enabled Turbo Mode — all supported, documented plugin configurations.
Improper authentication in PgBouncer 1.17.0 through 1.26.0 allows a remote attacker who knows the password of a user listed in auth_file to log in as any other user that authenticates using SCRAM, including PgBouncer admin users and backend superusers. A second StartupMessage sent during SCRAM authentication against a non-existent database is not rejected and switches the user being logged in as, while the SCRAM exchange is still verified against the keys of the first user.
Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') vulnerability in YITH YITH WooCommerce Compare yith-woocommerce-compare allows Stored XSS.This issue affects YITH WooCommerce Compare: from n/a through 3.15.0.
Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') vulnerability in 8theme.com XStore xstore allows Reflected XSS.This issue affects XStore: from n/a before 9.7.9.
The Search Regex plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to PHP Object Injection in version 3.5 via deserialization of untrusted input in the replace_all function. This allows authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to inject a PHP Object. The additional presence of a POP chain allows attackers to execute code.
The WP Compress – Instant Performance & Speed Optimization plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Privilege Escalation in all versions up to, and including, 7.25.00 The vulnerability exists because the `start_comms` dispatcher (`wps_ic_comms::start_comms`), hooked on every front-end request, gates access only by comparing the caller-supplied `apikey` parameter against the stored plugin API key with no WordPress capability check and no nonce verification, then passes the unvalidated `group`, `setting`, and `value` parameters directly to `change_setting()`, which writes them into the `WPS_IC_SETTINGS` option without an allow-list. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to write arbitrary permission keys into the plugin's settings, causing `wps_ic_users::checkAndAddCaps()` to grant any WordPress role — including Subscriber — the `manage_wpc_settings` capability and thereby achieve plugin-administrator-equivalent control over the plugin's optimization, CDN, and critical-CSS surfaces. The API key required to pass the authorization check can itself be obtained without authentication via the `wpc_send_critical_remote` nopriv AJAX action: when the external critical-CSS service returns an `apiResults` field, `initCritical()` echoes the stored plugin API key back to the caller in a `wp_send_json_success` response, completing the exploit chain entirely without a WordPress login.
The Customer Email Verification for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Privilege Escalation via the `alg_wc_ev_verify_email` parameter in versions up to, and including, 3.3.0. The vulnerability exists because `alg_wc_ev_generate_user_code()` generates the per-user activation secret using `wp_rand(100)` when the plugin's 'Encoding method' is set to 'hashids', producing only ~101 possible values (~7 bits of entropy); the resulting token is a reversible Hashids encoding with no cryptographic MAC, and the unauthenticated `verify()` handler — hooked to `init` at `PHP_INT_MAX` with no nonce check and no rate limiting — accepts and acts on the attacker-controlled `?alg_wc_ev_verify_email=` GET parameter directly. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to gain authentication as any unverified WordPress account, including administrator-level accounts, by brute-forcing the trivially small activation code space via a forged verification URL. Exploitation requires that the 'Encoding method' setting be changed to 'hashids' (non-default), that the attacker recover or brute-force the Hashids salt (which defaults to an `md5(time())` value set at first initialization), and that the target account's email address remain unverified.
