CVSS v3.1 |
| A flaw was found in the Conditional OTP authenticator of Keycloak, an identity and access management solution. The issue occurs when the system evaluates specific HTTP headers to determine if a one-time password (OTP) should be skipped, but fails to verify if those headers came from a trusted source. This could allow an attacker who already has a user's password to bypass the second-factor authentication by providing a specially crafted header in their request. |
| Improper Authentication vulnerability in Apache Tomcat. When Jakarta Authentication was configured with SimpleAuthConfigProvider as the default provider and multiple web application used that provider, the realm for the first web application to authenticate a request would be used for all web applications.
This issue affects Apache Tomcat: from 11.0.0-M1 through 11.0.25, from 10.1.0-M1 through 10.1.59, from 9.0.0.M4 through 9.0.121.
The following versions were EOL at the time the CVE was created but are
known to be affected: from 8.5.0 through 8.5.100. Other unsupported versions may also be affected.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 11.0.26, 10.1.60, 9.0.122, which fixes the issue. |
| An authorization issue was addressed with improved state management. This issue is fixed in iOS 26.7 and iPadOS 26.7, iOS 27 and iPadOS 27. An app may be able to fingerprint the device. |
| CLIENT_CERT authentication does not fail as expected for some scenarios when soft fail is disabled vulnerability in Apache Tomcat.
This issue affects Apache Tomcat: from 11.0.0-M14 through 11.0.25, from 10.1.22 through 10.1.59, from 9.0.92 through 9.0.121.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 11.0.26, 10.1.60 or 9.0.122, which fix the issue. |
| The Okta Access Gateway includes an optional pass-through authentication source that accepts user identity from a client-supplied HTTP header without cryptographic validation. In architectures where this optional source is enabled without an upstream reverse proxy or firewall configured to sanitize and enforce client headers, an unauthenticated user can supply an arbitrary identity value to initiate a session. |
| An Improper Authentication vulnerability in the Apache Doris Frontend (FE) meta service allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to access internal metadata service endpoints.
The affected endpoints relied on client-supplied node information for authentication without providing sufficient authentication of the requesting party. Under certain network configurations, a remote attacker may be able to bypass the intended access control and access internal FE metadata interfaces, potentially exposing sensitive cluster information.
This issue affects Apache Doris: from 2.0.0 through 2.0.*, from 2.1.0 through 2.1.*, from 3.0.0 through 3.0.*, from 3.1.0 through 3.1.*, from 4.0.0 before 4.0.8, and from 4.1.0 before 4.1.4. Versions 1.2.x and earlier are not affected by this header-trust vulnerability.
Users are recommended to upgrade to a fixed release (4.0.8 or 4.1.4), which fixes the issue. |
| The Reachy Mini Bluetooth service asks a connecting device for a PIN before it will accept commands. The check protects the session but not the caller, so an attacker in Bluetooth range can ride along on someone else's successful authentication.
The authenticated state is kept in a single shared flag on the service instance rather than per device. BlueZ passes the calling device's identity to the characteristic write handler in the options argument, but WriteValue(self, value, options) in src/reachy_mini/daemon/app/services/bluetooth/bluetooth_service.py ignores options entirely. The handler therefore has no idea which device sent a given write, and it cannot tell the authenticated one from any other.
Once any device completes the PIN exchange, the flag is set and every nearby device can send CMD_ commands until it resets. An attacker simply waits within radio range for a legitimate user to authenticate, then writes commands into the same window. No PIN is ever guessed or brute-forced.
This is the second step of a three-step chain that JFrog documented against the robot. The first is the unrestricted file upload in the media sounds API, tracked as CVE-2026-55419, which places an attacker-controlled script on the filesystem. This issue then provides command access over Bluetooth. The third is the Bluetooth command handler path traversal, tracked as CVE-2026-62661, which runs that script as root. |

| A vulnerability was identified in Pixelfed up to 0.12.11. Impacted is the function instancePeers of the file app/Http/Controllers/Api/ApiV1Controller.php of the component OAuth Scope Handler. Such manipulation of the argument ID leads to missing authentication. The attack may be performed from remote. The exploit is publicly available and might be used. Upgrading to version 0.12.10 is recommended to address this issue. The name of the patch is 68dca5097305fa0065d029587b2233524636025a. Upgrading the affected component is advised. |
| A vulnerability has been found in dgtlmoon changedetection.io up to 0.60.7. The impacted element is the function check_authentication of the file changedetectionio/flask_app.py of the component Authentication Hook. Such manipulation leads to improper authentication. The attack may be performed from remote. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| A vulnerability was detected in NginxProxyManager nginx-proxy-manager up to 2.15.1. This impacts the function internalCertificate.validate of the file backend/internal/certificate.js of the component Validate Route. The manipulation results in missing authentication. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploit is now public and may be used. Endpoint only processes and echoes back the certificate the caller submits (no stored data leaked); the real risk is unauthenticated openssl processing of attacker input. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet. |

| Hatchet is a platform for orchestrating background tasks, AI agents, and durable workflows at scale. Prior to 0.91.1, ValidateOAuthState clears the oauth_state_ session value to an empty string after a successful OAuth callback and later accepts an empty state parameter as equal, allowing an unauthenticated attacker to bind a victim's Hatchet session to an attacker-controlled OAuth identity. Exploitation requires the victim to have completed an OAuth flow in the current session and the deployment to enable auth.google.enabled, auth.github.enabled, or the Slack integration. This issue is fixed in version 0.91.1. |
| nginx ignition is a user interface for the nginx web server. In versions 2.33.0 through 2.35.0, any user that has enabled the OTP 2FA can have their TOTP reused during the standard 30 second validity window. Version 2.35.1 patches the issue. |
