CVSS v3.1 |
| Improper Validation of Integrity Check Value vulnerability in hexpm hex allows a package mirror to substitute the tarball that mix hex.package fetch PACKAGE VERSION --output - writes to standard output.
Hex compares a fetched tarball's inner and outer checksums with the repository's signed registry before writing it to a file or unpacking it. The standard output branch of mix hex.package fetch writes the bytes returned by Hex.SCM.fetch/3 without that comparison, and Hex.SCM.fetch/3 doesn't verify freshly downloaded tarballs itself. When a mirror configured with HEX_MIRROR_URL or mirror_url serves altered bytes, the command prints them and exits successfully, while the same fetch with --output FILE fails with a checksum mismatch.
Hex also prints diagnostics to standard output while the command runs: the body of a failed HTTP response from the update check or a registry fetch, and API warnings from the x-hex-message header. A mirror that answers one of those requests with an error whose body is a tar archive gets that archive written to standard output ahead of the verified tarball, so a pipeline that unpacks standard output extracts the mirror's files. This happens even when the checksum check then fails, because the archive is already on standard output.
This issue affects hex: from 0.20.2 before 2.5.2. |
| A vulnerability was identified in Linksys E1700 up to 1.0.0.4.003. This issue affects the function setVlan of the file /goform/setVlan. Such manipulation of the argument vlan_set leads to stack-based buffer overflow. The attack may be launched remotely. The exploit is publicly available and might be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| Improper Handling of Highly Compressed Data (Data Amplification) vulnerability in hexpm hex allows an untrusted package mirror to exhaust the memory or disk space of the machine running mix deps.get, mix deps.update, mix hex.package fetch or mix hex.docs fetch.
Hex treats a mirror configured with HEX_MIRROR_URL, HEX_MIRROR or mirror_url as untrusted: it doesn't send credentials to it, and it checks registry signatures and package checksums that the mirror can't forge. Several response paths consume memory or disk in proportion to what the mirror sends before any of those checks run.
Hex.HTTP.request/5 reads the whole response body into memory and decompresses it with :zlib.gunzip/1 whenever the response's Content-Encoding contains gzip, with no limit on the compressed or decompressed size. Hex doesn't ask for compressed responses, so the server decides whether this step runs. It applies to registry, package, docs and API responses.
Package tarballs have no download size limit. Hex 2.5.1 holds the whole tarball in memory and writes it to the cache, and the development branch streams it to a temporary file; the 16 MiB tarball limit is checked only when the file is unpacked. The tarball is then unpacked, into deps/<app> in 2.5.1 and into a staging directory on the development branch, before its checksums are compared with the registry.
mix hex.docs fetch, and mix hex.docs offline when docs are missing, write the docs tarball to disk and extract it with :mix_hex_erl_tar.extract/2 without the 16 MiB compressed and 128 MiB decompressed limits that mix_hex_tarball:unpack_docs/3 applies. The signed registry doesn't cover docs tarballs, so nothing checks them.
Registry responses are also decompressed before their signature is checked, in hex_core code that Hex vendors; that part is tracked in https://github.com/hexpm/hex_core/security/advisories/GHSA-7c4r-cgf9-9jmq.
This issue affects hex: from 0.11.2 before 2.5.2. |
| Improper Certificate Validation vulnerability in hexpm hex allows an attacker who can intercept HTTPS connections, and holds a certificate for a Hex host issued by a CA in Hex's bundled CA store, to impersonate that host to users who set cacerts_path to a CA store that leaves that CA out.
cacerts_path (HEX_CACERTS_PATH) is documented as the path to the CA certificate store, used instead of the CA bundle that ships with Hex. Hex.HTTP.SSL.ssl_opts/1 passes the configured store as the cacerts option, but builds the partial_chain callback from the bundled store whether cacerts_path is set or not. Hex.HTTP.SSL.partial_chain/2 accepts a server chain when any certificate in it has the same public key as a bundled CA certificate, so a chain that leads to a bundled CA passes verification although the configured store doesn't contain that CA. Hostname verification still applies.
This issue affects hex: from 0.20.2 before 2.5.2. |
| In Progress ShareFile Storage Zones Controller v5.12.6 and below, processing of queue items can send acknowledgements to an unvalidated callback URL, this behavior together with a race condition allows the attacker to cause FileCopyService to consume attacker-controlled metadata and content. Exploitation requires control over copy queue work and a race condition. |
| In Progress ShareFile Storage Zones Controller v5.12.6 and below, improper validation of outbound request destinations and parameters, unsafe JSONP response formatting, and insufficient validation on queue service can be chained by a remote unauthenticated attacker to issue server-side requests to unintended local handlers and perform unauthorized queue operations. |
| SWUpdate through 2026.05.1 contains an improper certificate validation vulnerability in crypto/swupdate_cms_verify_openssl.c that trusts untrusted X.509 certificates embedded in CMS SignedData for chain building. Attackers holding a signing key from a sibling intermediate under the same root can embed that intermediate in the signature to install malicious updates. |
| Thirty bees through 1.7.0 contains an authentication bypass vulnerability in PasswordController::resolveCustomer() that allows unauthenticated attackers to reset registered customers' passwords using guest account tokens. Attackers can place a guest order with the victim's email, then use the guest secure key to reset and take over the victim's account when guest checkout is enabled. |
| QloApps through 1.7.0 contains an insecure direct object reference vulnerability in back-office AJAX handlers of AdminOrdersController, AdminBookingDocumentController, AdminProductsController and AdminAddHotelController that skip htl_access hotel checks. Hotel-restricted employees can supply other hotels' sequential identifiers to read, upload and delete booking documents and delete rooms, room images and hotel images. |
| Pimcore through 2026.3.1 contains a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability that allows authenticated backend users to inject scripts by storing unescaped URLs in ExternalImage fields. Attackers with data object edit permission can store attribute-breaking payloads that execute JavaScript in the admin origin when other users open version preview or diff views. |
| A vulnerability was detected in Netis WF2409E 3.3.42541. This affects an unknown function of the component Wireless Settings. The manipulation of the argument SSID results in cross site scripting. The attack may be performed from remote. The exploit is now public and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| TDuck survey form through 6.0 contains a broken access control vulnerability that allows authenticated users to add fields to other users' forms via POST /user/form/item/batch/create. Attackers can submit an array whose first element references their own form and later elements reference a victim's formKey, injecting attacker-chosen fields onto the victim's public fill page. |
| TDuck survey form through 6.0 contains an insecure direct object reference vulnerability in the saveFormTheme handler that allows authenticated users to overwrite other users' form themes. Attackers whose form has no theme can submit another form's sequential theme id with their own formKey, replacing its colours and image URLs and removing the victim's theme. |
| yshop-crm through 2.1.3 contains a missing authorization vulnerability that allows any authenticated back-office user to approve or reject contracts by calling POST /admin-api/crm/contract/check. Because CrmContractController lacks @PreAuthorize and approver checks are commented out, attackers can approve contracts to alter customer deal and purchase data or reject them to return products to stock. |
| yshop-crm through 2.1.3 contains a missing authorization vulnerability that allows any authenticated back-office user to approve or reject receivables records by calling POST /admin-api/crm/contract-receivables/check. The handler lacks a @PreAuthorize check and the approver checks in CrmContractReceivablesServiceImpl.check are commented out, so attackers can approve records by id, inflating contract return_money and forging approval logs. |
| A security vulnerability has been detected in Smart Media4U Technology SHAREit App 6.27.38_ww on Android. The impacted element is the function syncInvoke of the component WebView JS Bridge. The manipulation leads to exposed dangerous routine. The attack is possible to be carried out remotely. The exploit has been disclosed publicly and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
| A flaw was found in Netty's HTTP/2 stack. This vulnerability allows a remote attacker to inject prohibited characters, such as NUL, Line Feed, and Carriage Return, into HTTP/2 header field values due to insufficient validation. When these values cross an HTTP/2 to HTTP/1.1 translation boundary, they can be exploited for request smuggling, header injection, or response splitting. This could lead to unauthorized access, data manipulation, or other security bypasses. |
| A use-after-free flaw was found in mutter in the Wayland color-management ICC image-description path. A local attacker who can run a malicious Wayland client can destroy a wp_image_description_v1 resource while an asynchronous ICC file read is still in progress. When the read completes, the compositor uses the freed wl_resource, writes into freed memory, and frees a pointer derived from that memory. This can crash the GNOME session and may allow arbitrary code execution within the compositor process. |
| Handlebars provides the power necessary to let users build semantic templates. From 3.0.0 until 4.7.10, Handlebars lookupProperty returns Function.prototype.constructor before applying the prototype-access deny list because constructor is an own property of Function.prototype. When an attacker can render a controlled template with allowProtoMethodsByDefault enabled and an accessible function in the template context, the template can traverse from that function through its prototype to Function.prototype and then obtain the Function constructor through the own-property bypass. This permits attacker-controlled JavaScript to execute with the server application's privileges. This issue is fixed in version 4.7.10. |
| Exposure of Sensitive System Information to an Unauthorized Control Sphere vulnerability in Dotstore WooCommerce Product Attachment woo-product-attachment allows Retrieve Embedded Sensitive Data. This issue affects WooCommerce Product Attachment: from n/a through 2.3.4. |
