CVE-2026-105749 2 Docling, Docling-project 2 Docling, Docling 2026-10-08 6.5 Medium
Docling simplifies document processing by parsing diverse formats and providing integrations with the generative AI ecosystem. From 2.0.0 until 2.131.0, the HTML, JATS, OpenDocument spreadsheet, and BoxNote backends, including docling/backend/html_backend.py, docling/backend/jats_backend.py, and docling/backend/boxnote_backend.py, accept the rowspan and colspan attribute values without an upper bound and execute loops or allocate a table grid proportional to the declared span. A very small document can therefore cause sustained CPU use or multi-gigabyte memory allocation, and the document_timeout setting does not interrupt the single backend conversion call. Export through the TableData.grid property can further materialize the oversized grid. This issue is fixed in 2.131.0.
CVE-2026-95395 1 Wireshark 1 Wireshark 2026-10-08 5.5 Medium
IEEE C37.118 Synchrophasor protocol dissector memory leak in 4.6.0 to 4.6.8 and 4.4.0 to 4.4.18 allows denial of service
CVE-2026-93679 2 Ibm, Langflow 2 Langflow Oss, Langflow 2026-10-08 4.3 Medium
IBM Langflow OSS 1.0.0 through 1.12.2 could allow a remote authenticated attacker to cause a denial of service due to uncontrolled resource consumption during ZIP file extraction.
CVE-2026-42772 1 Openssl 1 Openssl 2026-10-08 5.3 Medium
Issue summary: The QUIC stream reassembly algorithm performance deteriorates progressively as packets are arriving out of order. The worst case has a quadratic complexity proportional to the number of stream frames kept in the buffer for the received stream data. Impact summary: A remote QUIC peer that completes the handshake can create a connection-scoped CPU pressure and potentially a Denial of Service using compliant STREAM frames inside the advertised receive window, with low attacker bandwidth. CWE: CWE-407: Inefficient Algorithmic Complexity Description: OpenSSL manages received QUIC stream fragments using a doubly-linked list. While it optimizes for append operations (at the end of the list), it falls back to a head-to-tail linear search for any fragment that does not immediately follow the current `tail`. By manipulating the sequence of offsets, an attacker can force the server to perform O(n^2) operations, consuming excessive CPU time for the QUIC process. FIPS impact: no The FIPS module is not affected as the QUIC implementation is outside of the OpenSSL FIPS module boundary.
CVE-2026-107208 1 Imagemagick 1 Imagemagick 2026-10-07 5.3 Medium
ImageMagick is free and open-source software used for editing and manipulating digital images. Prior to 7.1.2-30 and 6.9.13-55, a crafted XMP profile can reach a recursion limit that is handled as a fatal condition instead of an ordinary exception, terminating the image-processing process. This issue is fixed in versions 7.1.2-30 and 6.9.13-55.
CVE-2026-107166 1 Open5gs 1 Open5gs 2026-10-07 5.3 Medium
A weakness has been identified in Open5GS up to 2.7.7. This vulnerability affects the function ogs_pfcp_xact_local_create of the file src/upf/gtp-path.c of the component GTP-U Receive Path. This manipulation causes allocation of resources. The attack is possible to be carried out remotely. The exploit has been made available to the public and could be used for attacks. Patch name: 9ffc252482d9b03ac01abcedbe95497ff4f95dd0. It is recommended to apply a patch to fix this issue.
CVE-2026-85494 2 Apache, Redhat 2 Thrift, Hummingbird 2026-10-07 7.5 High
Improper handling of length parameter inconsistency, Uncaught exception, Inefficient Algorithmic Complexity, Memory allocation with excessive size value, Initialization of a resource with an insecure default vulnerability in Apache Thrift Python, Ruby, Erlang, Lua, Dart, JavaME, Perl, PHP and D language bindings. This issue affects Apache Thrift: before 0.25.0. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 0.25.0, which fixes the issue.
CVE-2026-96580 1 Gitea 1 Gitea 2026-10-07 7.5 High
Gitea expanded a workflow's static `strategy.matrix` into its full Cartesian product without a size limit when creating a run, before the fork pull request approval gate applied. A user who can open a pull request from a fork could submit a small workflow file whose matrix expands to a very large number of jobs, consuming server memory and potentially terminating the Gitea process. No runner is required. Static matrices above 256 combinations are now rejected before expansion.
CVE-2017-16138 2 Mime Project, Redhat 2 Mime, Quay 2026-10-07 7.5 High
The mime module < 1.4.1, 2.0.1, 2.0.2 is vulnerable to regular expression denial of service when a mime lookup is performed on untrusted user input.
CVE-2026-79812 1 Hewlett Packard Enterprise (hpe) 1 Clearpass Policy Manager (cppm) 2026-10-07 6.1 Medium
A denial of service vulnerability exists in the OnGuard agent of HPE Networking ClearPass Policy Manager. Successful exploitation could allow an authenticated local attacker to interrupt the normal operation of the agent service.
CVE-2026-101917 2 Jpadilla, Pyjwt Project 2 Pyjwt, Pyjwt 2026-10-07 5.3 Medium
PyJWT is a Python implementation of JSON Web Token standards. Prior to 2.14.0, PyJWT get_signing_key_from_jwt is affected because unknown kid misses force refreshes without a negative cache or minimum refresh interval. This occurs when unauthenticated tokens repeatedly use the same unknown kid or varying kid values absent from the cached JWKS. As a result, each cache miss causes PyJWKClient to refresh the JWKS. Consequently, attacker traffic can amplify outbound requests to the configured JWKS endpoint. This issue is fixed in version 2.14.0.
CVE-2026-107219 1 Qax-os 1 Excelize 2026-10-07 7.5 High
Excelize is a Go language library for reading and writing Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. From 2.3.1 to 2.11.0, agile decryption accepts an attacker-controlled spinCount and performs that many password-key derivation iterations before verifier validation. OpenFile reaches agileDecrypt, which passes the unbounded spinCount to convertPasswdToKey before password verification. When a crafted OLE encrypted-workbook header supplies an excessive spinCount and the file is opened, the key-derivation loop performs unbounded attacker-selected work and cannot be cancelled, allowing an attacker to consume a CPU core for an attacker-controlled duration. No fixed version is available as of this review.
CVE-2026-84897 1 Wolfssl 1 Wolfssh 2026-10-07 N/A
src/internal.c in wolfSSL wolfSSH through 1.5.0 admits the server-to-client Diffie-Hellman group exchange messages SSH_MSG_KEX_DH_GEX_GROUP (31) and SSH_MSG_KEX_DH_GEX_REPLY (33) when a server receives them from an unauthenticated client. IsMessageAllowedServer() applies no direction check to the key exchange message range: when the peer is keying and no particular message is expected, which is the state a server is in for the whole window after it processes the client's KEXINIT because nothing sets handshake->expectMsgId there, the function falls out of its expectation branch without a verdict and reaches a numeric bound that admits every message id from 30 through 34. A client that negotiates diffie-hellman-group-exchange-sha256 and then sends message 31 makes the server run the client-side handler DoKexDhGexGroup(), which validates the attacker-supplied group with two 8-round Miller-Rabin primality tests, one on p and one on (p-1)/2, on a value of up to 8192 bits. The handler then returns success: the server stores the attacker's prime and generator, generates a Diffie-Hellman key pair in the attacker's group, and sends the client-role message SSH_MSG_KEX_DH_GEX_INIT (32) back to the attacker. Published RFC 3526 safe primes are the worst-case input and cost the attacker nothing to obtain. The primality validation was added in 1.5.0; versions from 1.2.0 through 1.4.22 admit the same message and enter the same client-role path without the primality cost. Message 33 is admitted as well, but on a server it is rejected before any cryptography because no public key check callback is registered, so it carries no comparable cost. Builds that define WOLFSSH_NO_DH_GEX_SHA256, which is implied by WOLFSSH_NO_DH or NO_SHA256, are unaffected.
CVE-2022-2596 1 Node-fetch Project 1 Node-fetch 2026-10-07 5.9 Medium
Inefficient Regular Expression Complexity in GitHub repository node-fetch/node-fetch prior to 3.2.10.
CVE-2021-21348 7 Apache, Debian, Fedoraproject and 4 more 22 Activemq, Jmeter, Debian Linux and 19 more 2026-10-07 5.3 Medium
XStream is a Java library to serialize objects to XML and back again. In XStream before version 1.4.16, there is a vulnerability which may allow a remote attacker to occupy a thread that consumes maximum CPU time and will never return. No user is affected, who followed the recommendation to setup XStream's security framework with a whitelist limited to the minimal required types. If you rely on XStream's default blacklist of the Security Framework, you will have to use at least version 1.4.16.
CVE-2021-21341 7 Apache, Debian, Fedoraproject and 4 more 19 Activemq, Jmeter, Debian Linux and 16 more 2026-10-07 7.5 High
XStream is a Java library to serialize objects to XML and back again. In XStream before version 1.4.16, there is vulnerability which may allow a remote attacker to allocate 100% CPU time on the target system depending on CPU type or parallel execution of such a payload resulting in a denial of service only by manipulating the processed input stream. No user is affected who followed the recommendation to setup XStream's security framework with a whitelist limited to the minimal required types. If you rely on XStream's default blacklist of the Security Framework, you will have to use at least version 1.4.16.
CVE-2020-8492 6 Canonical, Debian, Fedoraproject and 3 more 7 Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux, Fedora and 4 more 2026-10-07 6.5 Medium

CVE-2020-10735 3 Fedoraproject, Python, Redhat 7 Fedora, Python, Enterprise Linux and 4 more 2026-10-07 6.2 Medium
A flaw was found in python. In algorithms with quadratic time complexity using non-binary bases, when using int("text"), a system could take 50ms to parse an int string with 100,000 digits and 5s for 1,000,000 digits (float, decimal, int.from_bytes(), and int() for binary bases 2, 4, 8, 16, and 32 are not affected). The highest threat from this vulnerability is to system availability.
CVE-2026-105747 2 Docling, Docling-project 2 Docling, Docling 2026-10-07 4.3 Medium
Docling simplifies document processing by parsing diverse formats and providing integrations with the generative AI ecosystem. From 2.45.0 until 2.131.0, METS-GBS format detection in docling/datamodel/document.py and the backend in docling/backend/mets_gbs_backend.py call tarfile.TarFile.getmembers() before enforcing the max_member_count limit, causing the full archive member list to be allocated before the limit can stop processing. A small gzip-compressed tar archive with a very large number of empty members can therefore consume memory proportional to the declared member count, including during format detection before the allowed_formats restriction is applied. This issue is a residual weakness in the member-count protection added for CVE-2026-44018. This issue is fixed in 2.131.0.
CVE-2026-106565 1 Imagemagick 1 Imagemagick 2026-10-07 5.9 Medium
ImageMagick is free and open-source software used for editing and manipulating digital images. Prior to 7.1.2-32 and 6.9.13-57, a missing end-of-file check while reading bzip2-compressed image data can cause an infinite loop and exhaust processing resources. This issue is fixed in versions 7.1.2-32 and 6.9.13-57.
