CVE-2026-86060 1 Mikrotik 1 Routeros 2026-09-11 9.8 Critical
RouterOS contains an argument-handling flaw in the SSH login path involving usernames that begin with a prohibited character, allowing for the trusted RouterOS policy mask to be changed, leading to privilege escalation. Exploitation requires an unauthenticated SSH session to reach the RouterOS login helper. This issue was fixed in versions: 6.49.21 (Long-term), 7.23.4 (Long-term) and 7.24.2 (Stable)
CVE-2026-78635 1 Okta 1 Okta Privileged Access Client 2026-09-11 5 Medium
The Okta Privileged Access client URL handler does not insert an option terminator before appending the target value to the command-line arguments. When a scaleft:// protocol handler link contains a value beginning with a hyphen, the underlying CLI framework interprets it as a command-line flag, causing unintended modification of the SSH client's behavior.
CVE-2026-8044 1 Schneider-electric 1 Ecostruxure It Data Center Expert 2026-09-10 N/A
CWE-88: Improper Neutralization of Argument Delimiters in a Command ('Argument Injection') vulnerability exists that could cause remote code execution by an attacker with a privileged account when malicious arguments are provided as backup configuration parameters.
CVE-2026-74237 1 Gfi Software 1 Gfi Exinda Ai 2026-09-10 6.5 Medium
GFI Exinda AI and ClearView before 7.6.5 contains an argument injection vulnerability in the Tools Iperf Client functionality. The web_tools_cmd() function constructs an iperf command using the server and options parameters without sanitization, permitting injection of arbitrary iperf flags. An authenticated attacker with Unprivileged (lowest-level) access can supply the iperf -F flag to read an arbitrary file from the system and transmit its contents to an attacker-controlled server.
CVE-2026-0304 1 Palo Alto Networks 1 Cortex Xdr Broker Vm 2026-09-10 N/A
A privilege escalation vulnerability in Palo Alto Networks Cortex XDR Broker VM enables an authenticated low privileged user with man-in-the-middle (MitM) access to execute code with root privileges on the Broker VM.

An argument parsing issue in OpenVPN 2.1_rc10 through 2.6.22 and 2.7_alpha1 through 2.7.6 on Windows allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands via a crafted certificate subject
CVE-2026-71377 1 Hitachi 1 Cosminexus Component Container 2026-09-08 9.8 Critical
Command Argument Injection Vulnerability in Cosminexus Component Container. This issue affects Cosminexus Component Container: from 11-70-01 before 11-70-03, from 11-60 before 11-60-03, from 11-50 through 11-50-03, from 11-40 through 11-40-03, from 11-30 through 11-30-08, from 11-20 before 11-20-10, from 11-10 through 11-10-11, from 11-00 through 11-00-12, from 09-87 before 09-87-10, from 09-80 through 09-80-04, from 09-70 before 09-70-28, from 09-50 through 09-50-22, and from 09-00 through 09-00-18.
CVE-2026-16493 1 Redhat 6 Ansible Automation Platform, Enterprise Linux, Satellite and 3 more 2026-09-04 7.8 High
A flaw was found in ansible-core. The _extract_collection_from_git() function in ansible-core's concrete_artifact_manager.py constructs git clone commands without a '--' (end-of-options) separator before user-supplied URLs when installing collections from git sources. An attacker who provides a crafted collection source URI containing git argument injection payloads can achieve arbitrary command execution when a user runs 'ansible-galaxy collection install' with the malicious source. This is an incomplete fix for CVE-2026-11332, which hardened the role install path but missed the equivalent collection install code path.
CVE-2026-76220 1 Gitpython Project 1 Gitpython 2026-09-03 8.8 High
GitPython before 3.1.58 contains a command execution vulnerability in the check_unsafe_options guard that can be bypassed by combining a single-character kwarg with split_single_char_options=False. Attackers can supply a crafted kwargs dictionary to guarded methods like clone_from to emit a joined token parsed as --upload-pack, enabling arbitrary OS command execution at default allow_unsafe_options=False.
CVE-2026-76218 2 Gitpython-developers, Gitpython Project 2 Gitpython, Gitpython 2026-09-03 7.5 High
GitPython before 3.1.58 contains a remote code execution vulnerability in Repo.init that forwards unsafe git options without validation. Attackers can supply a template parameter pointing to a directory with malicious git hooks that execute arbitrary code when git operations are performed on the initialized repository.
CVE-2026-76217 1 Gitpython Project 1 Gitpython 2026-09-03 6.5 Medium
GitPython versions before 3.1.58 fail to validate options passed to git rm and git checkout commands in IndexFile.remove() and Head.checkout(). Attackers can supply --pathspec-from-file and --pathspec-file-nul parameters to read arbitrary files accessible to the process, with full file contents returned in GitCommandError.stderr.
CVE-2026-78676 1 Gitpython Project 1 Gitpython 2026-09-02 9.8 Critical
GitPython before 3.1.59 fails to safely re-serialize multi-line git-config values during write operations, corrupting dormant quoted values into injected directives like core.hooksPath. Attackers can craft config files with embedded newlines that become live git directives after any unrelated GitPython config write, enabling arbitrary code execution via hook invocation.
CVE-2026-78678 2 Gitpython-developers, Gitpython Project 2 Gitpython, Gitpython 2026-09-02 6.5 Medium
GitPython versions before 3.1.59 contain an incomplete denylist in the unsafe_git_revision_options guard that omits --contents and -S options, allowing attackers to read arbitrary files by passing these options to Repo.blame(). Attackers can supply revision values like --contents=/etc/passwd to leak file contents through the blame result returned to the caller.
CVE-2026-79675 1 Nltk 1 Nltk 2026-09-01 9.8 Critical
NLTK before 3.10.3 fails to validate JVM options passed through the per-call options parameter in the java() function, allowing attackers to inject dangerous JVM flags. Attackers can supply malicious options like -agentpath, -javaagent, or @argfile to Stanford wrapper classes to achieve arbitrary code execution.
CVE-2026-55673 1 Powsybl 1 Powsybl-core 2026-08-31 N/A
PowSyBl (Power System Blocks) is a framework to build power system oriented software. Prior to 7.2.2, UnixLocalCommandExecutor and WindowsLocalCommandExecutor concatenate command arguments and environment variables into strings interpreted through bash -c or cmd /c without sufficient escaping. Attacker-controlled values reaching UnixLocalCommandExecutor.execute, WindowsLocalCommandExecutor.execute, LocalComputationManager.execute, ParallelLoadFlowActionSimulator.run, ActionSimulatorTool.run, AmplModelRunner.run, or AmplModelRunner.runAsync can break out of the intended command and execute arbitrary shell commands as the JVM user. The affected itools paths include action-simulator with task-count, security-analysis with external, and dynamic-security-analysis. Downstream CLI tools, libraries, REST front ends, and multi-tenant grid-analysis services that forward less-trusted contingency identifiers or computation parameters into these APIs can expose the injection remotely. This issue is fixed in version 7.2.2.
CVE-2026-42266 1 Jupyter 1 Jupyterlab 2026-08-28 8.8 High
JupyterLab is an extensible environment for interactive and reproducible computing, based on the Jupyter Notebook Architecture. From 4.0.0 to 4.5.6, the allow-list of extensions that can be installed from PyPI Extension Manager (allowed_extensions_uris) is not correctly enforced by JupyterLab. The PyPI Extension Manager was not contained to packages listed on the default PyPI index. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.5.7.
CVE-2026-63046 1 Apache 1 Inlong 2026-08-27 8.8 High
Improper Neutralization of Argument Delimiters in a Command ('Argument Injection') vulnerability in Apache InLong. Agent Installer's ModuleManager executes arbitrary shell commands via ExcuteLinux.exeCmd() with no filtering or whitelist validation. This issue affects Apache InLong: from 2.0.0 before 2.4.0. Users are advised to upgrade to Apache InLong's 2.4.0 or cherry-pick [1]/[2] to solve it. [1]  https://github.com/apache/inlong/pull/12151 . [2]  https://github.com/apache/inlong/pull/12155 .
CVE-2026-80427 1 Bestzip Project 1 Bestzip 2026-08-26 8.4 High
bestzip builds the argument list for the system zip utility without separating options from operands. The destination archive path and the caller-supplied source paths are passed to the child process with no -- delimiter between them, so any source entry beginning with a hyphen is interpreted by zip as an option rather than a file name. zip accepts -T to test the finished archive and -TT to name the command used to perform that test, so a source list containing those two entries and a command string causes zip to run that command through a shell once the archive has been written. An application that passes a file name or path it received from an untrusted source into the bestzip API therefore executes a command of the supplier's choosing. Versions 2.2.6 and 3.0.2 add the delimiter.
CVE-2026-78637 1 Fdawgs 1 Node-poppler 2026-08-25 7.3 High
