CVSS v3.1 |
| ToolHive is a utility designed to simplify the deployment and management of Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers. Due to the ordering of code used to start an MCP server container, versions of ToolHive prior to 0.0.33 inadvertently store secrets in the run config files which are used to restart stopped containers. This means that an attacker who has access to the home folder of the user who starts the MCP server can read secrets without needing access to the secrets store itself. This only applies to secrets which were used in containers whose run configs exist at a point in time - other secrets remaining inaccessible. ToolHive 0.0.33 fixes the issue. Some workarounds are available. Stop and delete any running MCP servers, or manually remove any runconfigs from `$HOME/Library/Application Support/toolhive/runconfigs/` (macOS) or `$HOME/.state/toolhive/runconfigs/` (Linux). |
| CWE-319: Cleartext Transmission of Sensitive Information vulnerability exists that could result in the exposure
of data when network traffic is being sniffed by an attacker. |
| General Industrial Controls Lynx+ Gateway is vulnerable to a cleartext transmission vulnerability that could allow
an attacker to observe network traffic to obtain sensitive information,
including plaintext credentials. |
| A vulnerability has been found in youth-is-as-pale-as-poetry e-learning 1.0. Impacted is the function encryptSecret of the file e-learning-master\exam-api\src\main\java\com\yf\exam\ability\shiro\jwt\JwtUtils.java of the component JWT Token Handler. The manipulation leads to insufficiently random values. The attack can be initiated remotely. The complexity of an attack is rather high. The exploitability is considered difficult. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. |
| A local user may find a configuration file on the client workstation with unencrypted sensitive data. This allows an attacker to impersonate the device or prevent the device from accessing the cloud portal which leads to a DoS. |
| Due to an unsecure default configuration HTTP is used instead of HTTPS for the web interface. An unauthenticated attacker on the same network could exploit this to learn sensitive data during transmission. |
| Emerson ValveLink Products store
sensitive information in cleartext within a resource that might be accessible to another control sphere. |
| Puncia is the Official CLI utility for Subdomain Center & Exploit Observer. `API_URLS` is utilizing HTTP instead of HTTPS for communication that can lead to issues like Eavesdropping, Data Tampering, Unauthorized Data Access & MITM Attacks. This issue has been addressed in release version 0.21 by using https rather than http connections. All users are advised to upgrade. There is no known workarounds for this vulnerability.

| No-IP Dynamic Update Client (DUC) v3.x uses cleartext credentials that may occur on a command line or in a file. NOTE: the vendor's position is that cleartext in /etc/default/noip-duc is recommended and is the intentional behavior. |
| An Information Disclosure vulnerability in the Telemetry component in TP-Link Kasa KP125M V1.0.0 and Tapo P125M 1.0.0 Build 220930 Rel.143947 allows attackers to observe device state via observing network traffic. |
| Kaspersky has fixed a security issue in Kaspersky Password Manager (KPM) for Windows that allowed a local user to recover the auto-filled credentials from a memory dump when the KPM extension for Google Chrome is used. To exploit the issue, an attacker must trick a user into visiting a login form of a website with the saved credentials, and the KPM extension must autofill these credentials. The attacker must then launch a malware module to steal those specific credentials. |
| SecuSTATION Camera V2.5.5.3116-S50-SMA-B20160811A and lower allows an unauthenticated attacker to download device configuration files via a crafted request. |
| A vulnerability has been identified in OPUPI0 AMQP/MQTT (All versions < V5.30). The affected devices stores MQTT client passwords without sufficient protection on the devices. An attacker with remote shell access or physical access could retrieve the credentials leading to confidentiality loss. |
| dectalk-tts is a Node package to interact with the aeiou Dectalk web API. In `dectalk-tts@1.0.0`, network requests to the third-party API are sent over HTTP, which is unencrypted. Unencrypted traffic can be easily intercepted and modified by attackers. Anyone who uses the package could be the victim of a man-in-the-middle (MITM) attack. The network request was upgraded to HTTPS in version `1.0.1`. There are no workarounds, but some precautions include not sending any sensitive information and carefully verifying the API response before saving it. |
| The NMAP Importer service may expose data store credentials to authorized users of the Windows Registry.
|
| On affected platforms running Arista EOS with secure Vxlan configured, restarting the Tunnelsec agent will result in packets being sent over the secure Vxlan tunnels in the clear. |
| Ambiguous wording in the web interface of the ctrlX OS setup mechanism could lead the user to believe that the backup file is encrypted when a password is set. However, only the private key - if available in the backup - is encrypted, while the backup file itself remains unencrypted. |
| A flaw has been found in editso fuso up to 1.0.4-beta.7. This affects the function PenetrateRsaAndAesHandshake of the file src/net/penetrate/handshake/mod.rs. This manipulation of the argument priv_key causes inadequate encryption strength. Remote exploitation of the attack is possible. A high degree of complexity is needed for the attack. The exploitability is reported as difficult. |
| Kaleris NAVIS N4 ULC (Ultra Light Client) communicates insecurely using zlib-compressed data over HTTP. An attacker capable of observing network traffic between Ultra Light Clients and N4 servers can extract sensitive information, including plaintext credentials. |
| A vulnerability was found in Ruijie EG306MG 3.0(1)B11P309. It has been rated as problematic. This issue affects some unknown processing of the file /etc/strongswan.conf of the component strongSwan. The manipulation of the argument i_dont_care_about_security_and_use_aggressive_mode_psk leads to missing encryption of sensitive data. The attack may be initiated remotely. The complexity of an attack is rather high. The exploitation is known to be difficult. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. |
