CVSS v3.1 |
| Spring Framework, version 5.1, versions 5.0.x prior to 5.0.10, versions 4.3.x prior to 4.3.20, and older unsupported versions on the 4.2.x branch provide support for range requests when serving static resources through the ResourceHttpRequestHandler, or starting in 5.0 when an annotated controller returns an org.springframework.core.io.Resource. A malicious user (or attacker) can add a range header with a high number of ranges, or with wide ranges that overlap, or both, for a denial of service attack. This vulnerability affects applications that depend on either spring-webmvc or spring-webflux. Such applications must also have a registration for serving static resources (e.g. JS, CSS, images, and others), or have an annotated controller that returns an org.springframework.core.io.Resource. Spring Boot applications that depend on spring-boot-starter-web or spring-boot-starter-webflux are ready to serve static resources out of the box and are therefore vulnerable. |
| Node.js: All versions prior to Node.js 6.15.0, 8.14.0, 10.14.0 and 11.3.0: Slowloris HTTP Denial of Service: An attacker can cause a Denial of Service (DoS) by sending headers very slowly keeping HTTP or HTTPS connections and associated resources alive for a long period of time. |
| Node.js: All versions prior to Node.js 6.15.0: Debugger port 5858 listens on any interface by default: When the debugger is enabled with `node --debug` or `node debug`, it listens to port 5858 on all interfaces by default. This may allow remote computers to attach to the debug port and evaluate arbitrary JavaScript. The default interface is now localhost. It has always been possible to start the debugger on a specific interface, such as `node --debug=localhost`. The debugger was removed in Node.js 8 and replaced with the inspector, so no versions from 8 and later are vulnerable. |
| Node.js: All versions prior to Node.js 6.15.0 and 8.14.0: HTTP request splitting: If Node.js can be convinced to use unsanitized user-provided Unicode data for the `path` option of an HTTP request, then data can be provided which will trigger a second, unexpected, and user-defined HTTP request to made to the same server. |
| Spring Framework, versions 5.0.x prior to 5.0.7 and 4.3.x prior to 4.3.18 and older unsupported versions, allows web applications to enable cross-domain requests via JSONP (JSON with Padding) through AbstractJsonpResponseBodyAdvice for REST controllers and MappingJackson2JsonView for browser requests. Both are not enabled by default in Spring Framework nor Spring Boot, however, when MappingJackson2JsonView is configured in an application, JSONP support is automatically ready to use through the "jsonp" and "callback" JSONP parameters, enabling cross-domain requests. |
| During key agreement in a TLS handshake using a DH(E) based ciphersuite a malicious server can send a very large prime value to the client. This will cause the client to spend an unreasonably long period of time generating a key for this prime resulting in a hang until the client has finished. This could be exploited in a Denial Of Service attack. Fixed in OpenSSL 1.1.0i-dev (Affected 1.1.0-1.1.0h). Fixed in OpenSSL 1.0.2p-dev (Affected 1.0.2-1.0.2o). |
| inftrees.c in zlib 1.2.8 might allow context-dependent attackers to have unspecified impact by leveraging improper pointer arithmetic. |
| The ResourceLinkFactory implementation in Apache Tomcat 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.0.M9, 8.5.0 to 8.5.4, 8.0.0.RC1 to 8.0.36, 7.0.0 to 7.0.70 and 6.0.0 to 6.0.45 did not limit web application access to global JNDI resources to those resources explicitly linked to the web application. Therefore, it was possible for a web application to access any global JNDI resource whether an explicit ResourceLink had been configured or not. |
| A malicious web application running on Apache Tomcat 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.0.M9, 8.5.0 to 8.5.4, 8.0.0.RC1 to 8.0.36, 7.0.0 to 7.0.70 and 6.0.0 to 6.0.45 was able to bypass a configured SecurityManager via manipulation of the configuration parameters for the JSP Servlet. |
| pkexec, when used with --user nonpriv, allows local users to escape to the parent session via a crafted TIOCSTI ioctl call, which pushes characters to the terminal's input buffer. |
| An elevation of privilege vulnerability exists when Microsoft Exchange Outlook Web Access (OWA) fails to properly handle web requests. An attacker who successfully exploited this vulnerability could perform script/content injection attacks and attempt to trick the user into disclosing sensitive information.
To exploit the vulnerability, an attacker could send a specially crafted email message containing a malicious link to a user. Alternatively, an attacker could use a chat client to social engineer a user into clicking the malicious link.
The security update addresses the vulnerability by correcting how Microsoft Exchange validates web requests.
Note: In order to exploit this vulnerability, a user must click a maliciously crafted link from an attacker. |
| EAP's Artemis deserialization configuration permits deserialization by default. ObjectMessage.getObject() uses ObjectInputStreamWithClassLoader, which implements allow-list/block-list filtering via its checkSecurity()/isTrustedType() method. However, by default both allow-list and block-list are empty. When the allow-list is empty (size == 0), isTrustedType() returns true for ALL classes. This means all classes are deserializable by default. |
| webonyx graphql-php is a PHP implementation of the GraphQL specification. Prior to 15.32.3, GraphQL\Language\Parser performs recursive descent without a recursion limit in parseSelectionSet, parseValueLiteral, and parseTypeReference. A remote attacker can submit deeply nested selection sets, object or list values, or list types that exhaust the PHP process stack during pre-validation parsing, before query validation and complexity controls run. The resulting SIGSEGV can terminate PHP-FPM workers or long-running Swoole, RoadRunner, ReactPHP, or CLI processes and cannot be caught by application-level exception handling. This issue is fixed in version 15.32.3. |
| IBM Guardium Data Protection 12.0, 12.1, and 12.2 is vulnerable to SQL injection. A remote unauthenticated attacker could send specially crafted SQL statements, which could allow the attacker to view, add, modify, or delete information in the back-end database. |
| IBM Guardium Data Protection 12.2 could allow a remote authenticated attacker to cause a denial of service due to a path traversal vulnerability. |
| An authorization bypass vulnerability in Apache DolphinScheduler allows authenticated users to operate task instance in projects they are not authorized to access through the
* /dolphinscheduler/projects/{projectCode}/task-instances/{taskInstanceId}/stop
* /dolphinscheduler/projects/{projectCode}/task-instances/{taskInstanceId}/savepoint
This issue affects Apache DolphinScheduler: before 3.4.3.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 3.4.3, which fixes the issue. |
| An authorization bypass vulnerability in Apache DolphinScheduler allows authenticated users to modify task definitions in projects they are not authorized to access through the /dolphinscheduler/projects/{projectCode}/task-definition/{code}/with-upstream endpoint.
The endpoint fails to verify that the task definition identified by code belongs to the project specified by projectCode. An authenticated user can supply the code of a project they are authorized to access together with a task definition code from another project, bypassing project access restrictions and modifying the target task definition and its upstream dependencies.
This vulnerability can compromise workflow integrity and disrupt task execution in unauthorized projects.This issue affects Apache DolphinScheduler: before 3.4.3.
Users are recommended to upgrade to version 3.4.3, which fixes the issue. |
