CVSS v3.1 |
| Use after free in OpenSSH for Windows allows an unauthorized attacker to execute code over a network. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
net: bridge: mdb: restart port group walk after deletion
br_mdb_flush_pgs() keeps a pointer-to-pointer cursor while walking
mp->ports. br_multicast_del_pg() can re-enter the same MDB entry through
br_multicast_sg_del_exclude_ports() and unlink other port groups. If the
cursor points into one of those groups, the next iteration dereferences a
stale cursor and can leave mp->ports pointing at freed memory.
A following RTM_GETMDB exposes the dangling pointer:
BUG: KASAN: slab-use-after-free in br_mdb_dump
Read of size 8
br_mdb_dump
rtnl_mdb_dump
rtnl_dumpit
netlink_dump
Reset the cursor to mp->ports after every deletion. The deletion removes at
least the selected group, so the restarted walk always makes progress. |
| The Hotel Booking WordPress plugin through 3.8 does not implement CSRF protection on its administrative booking order management, allowing attackers to trick a logged-in administrator into creating, deleting, or modifying arbitrary booking order records via a forged request. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
KVM: arm64: Don't WARN on an unknown VM ioctl in protected mode
kvm_pkvm_ioctl_allowed() WARNs when kvm_get_cap_for_kvm_ioctl() doesn't
find the ioctl number in vm_ioctl_caps[], and kvm_arch_vm_ioctl() calls
it for every number the generic code doesn't handle, so
ioctl(vm_fd, 0xdeadbeef) from userspace taints a pKVM host and panics it
under panic_on_warn. The lookup is fed userspace input: return false,
and userspace gets the -EINVAL kvm_arch_vm_ioctl() returns for that
number on a host without pKVM. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
netfilter: ip6t_rt: fix zero-address non-strict match out-of-bounds read
rt_mt6_check() permits rules to be configured with rtinfo->addrnr == 0
even when address matching (IP6T_RT_FST_MASK) is requested.
In the IP6T_RT_FST_NSTRICT path, rt_mt6() evaluates packet routing
addresses against rtinfo->addrs[i] and terminates backwards at the bottom
of the loop:
if (ipv6_addr_equal(ap, &rtinfo->addrs[i])) {
i++;
}
if (i == rtinfo->addrnr)
break;
When addrnr is 0, if the first packet address matches rtinfo->addrs[0],
i is incremented to 1. Because i is now strictly greater than addrnr (0),
the loop termination condition (i == rtinfo->addrnr) is bypassed and will
never be satisfied.
If a crafted IPv6 packet contains matching routing addresses, i will
advance past IP6T_RT_HOPS (16). The subsequent call to ipv6_addr_equal()
reads beyond struct ip6t_rt, triggering UBSAN/KASAN out-of-bounds warnings
or kernel panics.
Fix this by:
1. Rejecting rules in rt_mt6_check() where IP6T_RT_FST_MASK is set but
rtinfo->addrnr is zero.
2. In rt_mt6(), moving the termination condition (i < rtinfo->addrnr)
into the for-loop header condition and removing the backwards break
at the end of the loop body. |
| phpMyFAQ before 4.1.9 and 4.2.0-alpha before 4.2.0-beta contains an improper authorization vulnerability in attachment.php that fails to verify whether an attachment's parent FAQ is published or visible to the requester. Authenticated users with the dlattachment permission can request index.php?action=attachment&id=<ID> to download complete attachment files belonging to draft FAQs. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
drop_monitor: fix size calculations for 64-bit attributes
net_dm_packet_report_fill() and net_dm_hw_packet_report_fill() use
nla_put_u64_64bit() to append 64-bit attributes (NET_DM_ATTR_PC and
NET_DM_ATTR_TIMESTAMP).
On 32-bit architectures without CONFIG_HAVE_EFFICIENT_UNALIGNED_ACCESS,
nla_put_u64_64bit() may append a 4-byte NET_DM_ATTR_PAD attribute for
64-bit alignment.
However, net_dm_packet_report_size() and net_dm_hw_packet_report_size()
used nla_total_size(sizeof(u64)) instead of nla_total_size_64bit(sizeof(u64)),
budgeting 12 bytes instead of up to 16 bytes.
This under-estimation of SKB size can lead to an skb_over_panic() when
__nla_reserve() or skb_put() is subsequently called.
Fix this by using nla_total_size_64bit(sizeof(u64)) in both size calculations. |
| The WP Verify API WordPress plugin through 1.0.0 does not properly sanitize and escape a parameter before using it in a SQL query, allowing unauthenticated users to perform SQL injection attacks. |
| phpMyFAQ 4.2.0-alpha before 4.2.0-beta contains a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability in SvgSanitizer that allows users with FAQ_EDIT permission to bypass sanitization using XML DTD custom entities. Attackers can upload an SVG defining an entity that expands to javascript in an anchor href, executing script when viewers click it to hijack admin sessions. |

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
KVM: arm64: Clear __hyp_running_vcpu when flushing the pKVM hyp vCPU
flush_hyp_vcpu() copies the host vCPU context into the hyp's private
vCPU on every run. ctxt_to_vcpu() expects a guest context to have a
NULL __hyp_running_vcpu, which is only ever set on the host context, so
that it resolves the vCPU via container_of(). While this is generally
the case, flush_hyp_vcpu() copies the context verbatim and does not
enforce this, so a value provided by the host is dereferenced at EL2
(host -> EL2).
Fix by clearing __hyp_running_vcpu after the copy. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
smb: client: harden POSIX SID length parsing
posix_info_sid_size() reads sid[1] to obtain the subauthority count,
but its existing boundary check still accepts buffers with only one
remaining byte. Require two bytes before reading sid[1] so all client
paths that reuse the helper reject truncated POSIX SIDs safely. |
| Loop with Unreachable Exit Condition ('Infinite Loop') vulnerability in Erlang OTP stdlib (erl_tar module), hexpm hex_core (hex_erl_tar module), hexpm hex (mix_hex_erl_tar module) and erlang rebar3 (r3_hex_erl_tar module) allows an attacker who supplies a tar archive to cause a denial of service via a crafted GNU sparse member.
When erl_tar:extract/1,2 writes a member to disk, erl_tar:stream_to_file_loop/3 reads it in chunks of 65536 bytes by default. For a GNU sparse member whose sparse map ends before its real size, erl_tar:do_sparse_read/3 matches its trailing-hole clause before its zero-length clause. After the chunk is used up, the trailing-hole clause reads zero bytes, does not advance the position, and recurses forever. A 2048-byte archive keeps the extracting process and one scheduler busy until the process is killed. The {max_size, N} option prevents this only when N is below the real size of the member. Extraction with the memory option is not affected.
hex_core ships its own copy of erl_tar as hex_erl_tar, and Hex and rebar3 ship hex_core with prefixed module names (mix_hex_erl_tar and r3_hex_erl_tar). These copies contain the same code and do not call stdlib's erl_tar, so they are affected on any OTP version. OTP 28 is not affected, but an application running on OTP 28 is affected if it extracts archives through an affected version of hex_core, Hex or rebar3.
This issue affects OTP from OTPĀ 29.0 before OTPĀ 29.1.2, corresponding to stdlib from 8.0 before 8.1.1, and rebar3 from 3.27.1 onward, and hex from 2.4.2 before 2.5.3; hex_core: from 0.14.0 before 0.20.1. |

[ 132.495484] ------------[ cut here ]------------
[ 132.497609] kernel BUG at net/core/dev.c:12376!
Commit 61220ab34948 ("vti6: Enable namespace changing") dropped
NETIF_F_NETNS_LOCAL from vti6 devices. A vti6 tunnel can then
move through IFLA_NET_NS_FD. After the move dev_net(dev) points
at the new netns while t->net stays at the creation netns.
vti6_changelink() and vti6_update() still use dev_net(dev) and
dev_net(t->dev). They unlink from one per netns hash and relink
into another. The creation netns is left with a stale entry.
cleanup_net() of that netns later walks freed memory.
Reachable from an unprivileged user namespace (unshare --user
--map-root-user --net). Cross tenant scope on container hosts. |
| Heap-based buffer overflow in Windows Text Shaping allows an unauthorized attacker to execute code over a network. |
| Xinference through 4.0.1 contains a path traversal vulnerability on Windows that allows unauthenticated attackers to write and delete arbitrary .json files via backslash sequences in model_name. Attackers can register a persisted custom model through POST /v1/model_registrations/{model_type} with names like ..\..\evil to overwrite configuration or data files writable by the Xinference process. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
net: skmsg: preserve sg.copy across SG transforms
The sk_msg sg.copy bitmap is part of the scatterlist entry ownership
state. A set bit tells sk_msg_compute_data_pointers() not to expose the
entry through writable BPF ctx->data. This protects entries backed by
pages that are not private to the sk_msg, such as splice-backed file
page-cache pages.
Several sk_msg transform paths move, copy, split, or compact
msg->sg.data[] entries without moving the matching sg.copy bit. This can
make an externally backed entry arrive at a new slot with a clear copy
bit. A later SK_MSG verdict can then expose sg_virt(sge) as writable
ctx->data and BPF stores can modify the original page cache.
Keep sg.copy synchronized with sg.data[] whenever entries are
transferred, shifted, split, or copied into a new sk_msg. Clear the bit
when an entry is replaced by a newly allocated private page or freed.
This covers the BPF pull/push/pop helpers, sk_msg_shift_left/right(),
sk_msg_xfer(), and tls_split_open_record(), including the partial tail
entry created during TLS open-record splitting. |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
drm/amdgpu/jpeg: set no_user_fence for JPEG v5.3.0 ring
JPEG rings do not support 64-bit user fence writes, reject CS
submissions with user fences.

| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
ieee802154: 6lowpan: only accept IPv6 packets in lowpan_xmit()
The aoe driver (or similar) generates a non-IPv6 packet
(e.g., ETH_P_AOE) and queues it for transmission via dev_queue_xmit()
on a 6LoWPAN interface (configured by the user or test case).
Since the packet is not IPv6, the 6LoWPAN header_ops->create function
(lowpan_header_create or header_create) returns early without initializing
the lowpan_addr_info structure in the skb headroom.
In the transmit function (lowpan_xmit), the driver calls lowpan_header
(or setup_header) which unconditionally copies and uses the lowpan_addr_info
from the headroom, which contains uninitialized data.
Fix this by dropping non IPv6 packets.
A similar fix is needed in net/bluetooth/6lowpan.c bt_xmit(). |
