CVSS v3.1 |
| A missing/improper authentication vulnerability in the WatchGuard AuthPoint Gateway's LDAP Sync first-factor authentication allows a remote attacker to bypass single-factor password verification under non-default operating conditions. Additional authentication factors still apply. |
| When Gitea's web installer is reachable against a database that already contains users, such as after `INSTALL_LOCK` has been reset to `false`, submitting the install form with an administrator username matching an existing account issued an authenticated session for that account without verifying its password. If the account is an administrator, the session grants full administrative access, including changing the account's password. Databases with a single user also did not require the reinstall confirmation. |
| On MISP instances configured to require TOTP enrolment (Security.otp_required), the enforcement of the mandatory two-factor authentication setup applied only to standard browser requests. An authenticated user who had not yet enrolled in TOTP could bypass the forced setup by issuing any non-browser request type, including AJAX/XHR calls, REST API requests, .json format URLs, restSearch queries, or automation actions. Because these machine-readable request shapes cannot follow the redirect that the browser path uses to send the user to the TOTP enrolment page, the guard simply skipped the check and the user retained full access to the instance without completing the required second-factor setup.
The initial fix (commit 8deb0619e) added a guard specifically for AJAX requests. A follow-up fix (commit 6b527ba6e) broadened the guard to cover every non-browser request shape, while preserving the exemption for identities authenticated via API key (logged_by_authkey flag).
Impact: an authenticated user on an otp_required instance can operate with full access indefinitely without enrolling in TOTP, nullifying the instance-level two-factor authentication policy.
Affected version: <2.5.48 |
| When password or public key authentication is used with the Windows port of wolfSSHd, the Windows logon token acquired for one authenticated connection is not released before a token is acquired for a subsequent connection, resulting in user login poisoning between connections. A less privileged user with a valid account on the server can exploit this to force a login as a more privileged user. The vulnerability was introduced with the initial Windows port of wolfSSHd in wolfSSH version 1.4.15 and affects all versions through 1.5.0. Non-Windows builds of wolfSSHd are not affected. |
| Northstar (dromara/northstar, quantitative trading platform) <= 9.1.1 enables the H2 Console but its auth interceptor only covers /northstar/**, so /h2-console is exposed with no authentication and the embedded H2 DB uses default sa / empty password. Any network-reachable attacker can run arbitrary system commands via CREATE ALIAS (pre-auth RCE). |
| The Deema Payment Gateway WordPress plugin through 1.1.2 does not verify the authenticity of incoming payment provider notifications, and ships with that verification disabled by default, allowing unauthenticated attackers to mark an unpaid order as paid, or to cancel or refund an existing order. |
| The Deema Payment Gateway WordPress plugin through 1.1.2 does not verify the payment with the payment provider when handling the return from the hosted checkout, and does not check the payment status or amount, allowing unauthenticated users to have orders marked as paid without any payment being taken. |
| Backstage is an open framework for building developer portals. From 0.3.0 until 0.6.15 and 0.7.5, the @backstage/plugin-auth-node package did not consistently honor explicit negative email verification during shared OAuth profile normalization. The affected paths include a selected profile email marked verified: false, a matching raw provider email marked email_verified: false, and an email obtained only from an ID token marked email_verified: false. Exploitation requires an admitted identity-provider user who can supply or change an unverified email and a deployment that uses the selected profile email to resolve catalog identities. The verification metadata must apply to the selected email; an absent email_verified claim alone is not affected. In an affected configuration, the user may assume another catalog identity and obtain its associated access and permissions. This issue is fixed in versions 0.6.15 and 0.7.5. |
| A weakness has been identified in kishor-23 food-waste-management-system 411989e3ecb82895e53dca7865f72145f03d7d93/b3a70b2c492dc9904de5be1ad9389bd79b87f82c. Affected is an unknown function of the file admin/signup.php of the component Admin Signup. This manipulation of the argument sign causes missing authentication. The attack can be initiated remotely. The exploit has been made available to the public and could be used for attacks. Continious delivery with rolling releases is used by this product. Therefore, no version details of affected nor updated releases are available. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet. |
| A remote user validation failure vulnerability exists in HPE Integrated Lights-Out (iLO) 7 firmware. |
| There exists an arbitrary file download in vCast APK delivery mechanism in ViewSonic ViewBoard unknown allows a remote, unauthenticated attacker to trigger unprivileged APK installation via serving a malicious APK URL through an unauthenticated download endpoint |
| Joomla! Core - [20260914] - Core - MFA Authentication Bypass through rememberme cookies in Joomla 4.0.0-5.4.8, 6.0.0-6.1.3 - The premature issuance of an rememberme cookie leads to a MFA bypass vulnerability. |
| Improper authentication (CWE-287) in the OAuth token endpoint in Cloud Foundry UAA allows a remote, authenticated attacker holding a valid user access token to obtain a fully-privileged client_credentials token for the OAuth client that issued it, by presenting the user token as an OAuth 2.0 Bearer credential on a client_credentials grant request in place of the client’s configured secret.
UAA’s client_credentials handling does not verify that the Bearer credential supplied for client authentication is actually a client credential (a client secret or a valid configured client authentication method); it accepts any valid access token whose client_id matches the request. A token obtained by a normal end user through a public authorization_code + PKCE flow — scoped only to uaa.user, carrying a user_id, and recording client_auth_method=none — satisfies this check. That user token cannot itself administer OAuth clients (POST /oauth/clients correctly returns 403), but when replayed as Bearer authentication on a client_credentials request for the same client, UAA issues a new client-only token carrying the client’s full authorities, such as clients.write. An attacker can use that token to create arbitrary new OAuth clients, including clients with attacker-chosen authorities, without ever possessing the client’s actual secret.
Exploitation requires a valid user access token (the attacker’s own) for a client that is configured to support both a public, user-facing authorization flow and the client_credentials grant type on the same client_id — a non-default combination. Practical impact scales with the authorities assigned to that client. |
| Plane is an open-source project management tool. Prior to 1.4.0, Plane's signup flow creates a logged-in User row for any submitted email without an out-of-band ownership check, while User.email is unique=True. The authenticated user can call GET /api/users/me/workspaces/invitations/, which returns each WorkspaceMemberInvite whose email matches request.user.email. WorkSpaceMemberInviteSerializer uses fields = "all", exposing the token that protects the invitation join endpoint. An unauthenticated attacker who knows a target's email can register an account using that address, enumerate pending invitations, and accept an invitation as the target, joining a workspace at the invited role. The term pre-auth describes the attacker's initial state: the attacker has no credential before signup, while the enumeration and join requests use the session created by that signup. This issue is fixed in 1.4.0. |
| A vulnerability was identified in SourceCodester Drug Recommendation System 1.0. This affects an unknown function of the component Auth Guard. Such manipulation of the argument user_id leads to improper authentication. The attack can be executed remotely. The exploit is publicly available and might be used. |
| A flaw was found in the OIDC implementation of Keycloak, specifically within the Device Authorization Grant flow. This component allows devices with limited input capabilities to obtain security tokens. The issue occurs because the flow fails to check the minimum authentication level required by a client configuration. This allows an attacker who has stolen a user's password to bypass mandatory multi-factor authentication and gain unauthorized access to the Keycloak Admin REST API. |
| A vulnerability was detected in OSSRS srs up to 7.0-a1. This affects the function systemAPI.Run of the file internal/proxy/api.go of the component System API. Performing a manipulation results in missing authentication. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. The exploit is now public and may be used. Upgrading to version 8.0-d0 mitigates this issue. The patch is named bb5fde228f4ca5bd26d96368b61f6e0c21df51df. The affected component should be upgraded. |
| A weakness has been identified in ZongXR SuperMarket 1.0.0.0. This affects the function startBuy of the file instant-buy/src/main/java/com/supermarket/instantbuy/controller/InstantBuyController.java of the component Instant Buy. Executing a manipulation of the argument Username can lead to missing authentication. The attack may be performed from remote. The exploit has been made available to the public and could be used for attacks. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet. |
| Plane is an open-source project management tool. Prior to 1.4.0, Plane trusts email addresses returned by Gitea OAuth and by self-managed GitLab OAuth deployments where email confirmation is disabled, without verifying that the provider authenticated ownership of the address. An attacker can set an OAuth identity's unverified provider email to a victim's address, which Plane matches directly to the victim's existing local account. The attacker can then log in to the victim's Plane account without knowing the victim's password. GitHub, GitLab.com, and Google are not affected because those providers return verified email addresses. This issue is fixed in 1.4.0. |
| authentik is an open-source identity provider. Prior to 2026.2.7, 2026.5.7, and 2026.8.2, authentik email authenticator enrollment during an authentication or enrollment flow accepts a recipient address supplied in the setup request instead of using the address already established by the flow. An actor who knows a target user's password can substitute an attacker-controlled address, receive the one-time code, and finish enrolling the factor as the target. The target must not have enrolled the email factor already. Successful enrollment gives the actor a session as the target and access to single sign-on applications behind the account. Other authenticator types are not affected. This issue is fixed in versions 2026.2.7, 2026.5.7, and 2026.8.2. |
