named in ISC BIND 9.x before 9.9.7-P2 and 9.10.x before 9.10.2-P3 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (REQUIRE assertion failure and daemon exit) via TKEY queries.
CVE-2026-20525 1 Mediatek 45 Mediatek Chipset, Mt2716, Mt2716 Firmware and 42 more 2026-10-08 5.3 Medium
In Modem, there is a possible system crash due to improper input validation. This could lead to remote denial of service, if a UE has connected to a rogue base station controlled by the attacker, with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation. Patch ID: MOLY01870473 / MOLY00814393; Issue ID: MSV-9041.
CVE-2026-63989 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-10-08 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bridge: Fix sleep in atomic context in netlink path Since the introduction of the netlink configuration path for bridge ports in commit 25c71c75ac87 ("bridge: bridge port parameters over netlink"), br_setport() was always called with the bridge lock held around it. Back then this decision made sense: The bridge lock protects the STP state of the bridge and its ports and at that time the function only processed three STP related netlink attributes (cost, priority and state). Nowadays, br_setport() processes a lot more attributes and most of them do not need the bridge lock: * Bridge flags: Only require RTNL. Read locklessly by the data path. Annotations can be added in net-next. * FDB port flushing: Only requires the FDB lock. * Multicast attributes: Only require the multicast lock. * Group forward mask: Only requires RTNL. Read locklessly by the data path. Annotations can be added in net-next. * Backup port and NHID: Only require RTNL. Read locklessly by the data path. This is a problem as the bridge calls dev_set_promiscuity() when certain bridge port flags change and this function can sleep since the commit cited below, resulting in a splat such as [1]. Fix this by reducing the scope of the bridge lock and only take it when processing the three STP related attributes that require it. This is consistent with the multicast attributes where each attribute acquires the multicast lock instead of having one critical section for all relevant attributes. CVE-2026-105754 2 Vllm, Vllm-project 2 Vllm, Vllm 2026-10-08 6.5 Medium
vLLM is an inference and serving engine for large language models. Prior to 0.30.0, the /inference/v1/generate endpoint in the disaggregated scale-out path accepts caller-supplied tensors in the features.kwargs_data field, cache identifiers in the features.mm_hashes field, ranges in the features.mm_placeholders field, and wire-selected multimodal field processors without rebinding them to the active model renderer contract. Forged grid geometry, field types, or non-positive placeholder lengths can terminate the shared EngineCore; when an attacker knows or can induce a victim's content hash, forged cache hashes can poison or retrieve cross-request encoder-cache state; and dropped sparse placeholder masks can alter replayed transport semantics. This issue is fixed in version 0.30.0.
CVE-2026-105753 2 Vllm, Vllm-project 2 Vllm, Vllm 2026-10-08 6.5 Medium
vLLM is an inference and serving engine for large language models. Prior to 0.28.0, the default mirrored multimodal LRU cache can commit a media hash in the frontend sender cache during multimodal rendering and before engine admission, while the engine receiver cache never receives the payload if that request is rejected. A later request reusing the same media hash causes MultiModalProcessorSenderCache to send no payload and MultiModalReceiverCache to reach an assertion with the message "Expected a cached item," producing a shared-service availability failure. This issue is fixed in version 0.28.0.
CVE-2025-56362 1 Csa-iot 1 Matter 2026-10-07 5.7 Medium
A reachable assertion vulnerability exists in the Matter SDK (connectedhomeip) before 1.4.2, specifically within the Level Control cluster's periodic server tick logic. When a MoveToLevel command is sent and immediately followed by a write of OperationMode=2 (in the Pump Configuration and Control cluster), the server tick function violates the assertion `currentLevel < maxLevel`, resulting in a crash. This can be exploited remotely without authentication to cause denial of service. Affected versions include 1.3 and 1.4 (commit ab3d5ae).

CVE-2026-98164 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-10-07 7.1 High
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: KVM: x86/mmu: Check write tracking in all address spaces kvm_gfn_is_write_tracked() checks only the supplied memslot, but page tracking is per-address-space and shadow pages are shared across all address spaces. With SMM, a GFN can therefore be write-tracked in one address space and appear untracked through the other. Check the supplied slot first, then the slot for the other address space. This ensures all callers honor write tracking regardless of the active address space. In particular, it prevents mmu_try_to_unsync_pages() from marking an upper-level shadow page unsync and eventually triggering the BUG in pte_list_remove(). [invert direction of the conditional. - Paolo]
CVE-2026-103099 1 Pexip 2 Infinity, Pexip Infinity 2026-10-06 7.5 High
Pexip Infinity before 41.1 is affected by improper input validation in the media implementation that allows a remote attacker to trigger a software abort resulting in a denial of service.
CVE-2026-96422 1 Wireshark 1 Wireshark 2026-10-06 5.5 Medium
Frame protocol metadissector crash in 4.6.0 to 4.6.8 and 4.4.0 to 4.4.18 allows denial of service
CVE-2026-104428 2 Zcashfoundation, Zfnd 2 Zebra, Zebra 2026-10-06 5.3 Medium
The getblock RPC method in zebra-rpc before 11.0.0, used by the Zcash Foundation's Zebra node, panics on verbosity 2 for a side-chain block because the block's -1 confirmations sentinel is converted to u32 with .expect(), aborting the process. Remote unauthenticated attackers, directly or through lightwalletd, can repeat this call to keep the node in a crash loop.
CVE-2025-56361 1 Csa-iot 1 Matter 2026-10-05 5.7 Medium
A reachable assertion vulnerability exists in the Matter SDK (connectedhomeip) 1.3 thru 1.4, specifically within the Level Control cluster's server tick logic (`emberAfLevelControlClusterServerTickCallback`). When a MoveToLevel command is executed and followed by a conflicting write to the OperationMode attribute (in the Pump Configuration and Control cluster), an invariant check (`minLevel < currentLevel`) fails and causes the device to abort. This leads to a denial of service condition. The issue is confirmed in SDK versions 1.3 and 1.4 (commit ab3d5ae), and is triggered remotely without authentication.
CVE-2026-103100 1 Pexip 2 Infinity, Pexip Infinity 2026-10-05 7.5 High
Pexip Infinity before 40.1 is affected by improper input validation in the signaling implementation that allows a malicious attacker to trigger a software abort resulting in a denial of service.
CVE-2026-103104 1 Pexip 2 Infinity, Pexip Infinity 2026-10-05 7.5 High
Pexip Infinity before 38.2, plus 39.0, 39.1 and 40.0, is affected by improper input validation in the media implementation which allows a remote attacker to trigger a software abort resulting in a denial of service.
CVE-2026-103108 1 Pexip 2 Infinity, Pexip Infinity 2026-10-05 7.5 High
Pexip Infinity before 38.2, plus 39.0, 39.1, and 40.0, is affected by improper input validation in the media implementation that allows a remote attacker to trigger a software abort resulting in a denial of service
CVE-2025-56365 1 Csa-iot 1 Matter 2026-10-05 5.7 Medium
A reachable assertion vulnerability exists in the Matter SDK (connectedhomeip) before 1.4.0, in the interaction model command processing logic. When an InvokeCommandRequest is sent to a nonexistent endpoint and cluster (e.g., 0x34), the code incorrectly treats the endpoint as valid due to missing checks in CodegenDataModelProvider::Invoke. This causes a VerifyOrDie failure in ProcessCommandDataIB and results in a crash (SIGABRT). The issue has been acknowledged and fixed in a later revision (PR #37207).
CVE-2026-19395 2 Qt, Redhat 2 Qt For Mcus, Hummingbird 2026-10-05 7.5 High
In Qt for MCUs, a Text element that displays styled text halts the device if an <img> tag in the text contains an attribute with an empty value. The text parser passes the empty value to an internal check that only accepts non-empty values. The check fails and reports an error, and the default error handler halts the device.
CVE-2026-95622 1 Modemmanager 1 Modemmanager 2026-10-04 6.5 Medium
A flaw was found in ModemManager. When parsing a Cell Broadcast Message, some 3GPP data-coding-scheme values (8-bit and reserved character sets) are not handled. The process hits a reachable assertion and aborts. An attacker who can deliver a crafted Cell Broadcast PDU over the radio network, or via a modem AT channel, can cause ModemManager to exit. Repeated aborts can exhaust systemd's default start limit and leave the service failed.
CVE-2026-98007 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-10-03 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bpf: Reject non-scalar bpf_loop iteration counts bpf_loop() declares its nr_loops argument as ARG_ANYTHING. Privileged programs may pass pointer values to such arguments, so check_func_arg() lets a pointer-valued R1 reach the helper-specific checks. Since commit bb124da69c47 ("bpf: keep track of max number of bpf_loop callback iterations"), the verifier marks R1 precise and reads its upper bound to limit callback simulation. Precision backtracking only accepts scalar registers, so passing a pointer instead triggers the "backtracking misuse" verifier warning. Kernels with panic_on_warn enabled subsequently panic. Introduce ARG_SCALAR for helper arguments that only accept scalar values and use it for bpf_loop() nr_loops. Generic helper argument validation then rejects pointers before loop inlining and precision processing.
CVE-2026-97566 1 Linux 1 Linux Kernel 2026-10-03 5.5 Medium
In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: mptcp: pm: kernel: drop pending ADD_ADDR when removing ID0 The in-kernel MPTCP path manager can leave a stale ADD_ADDR announcement entry alive when removing the id 0 endpoint. This happens because the id 0 removal path does not tear down pending announcements, unlike the non-zero id path. When the PM later reselects id 0 after adding another signal endpoint, it finds the stale anno_list entry and hits WARN_ON_ONCE(mptcp_pm_is_kernel()) in mptcp_pm_announced_alloc(). Root cause: asymmetry between removal paths. - Non-zero id path: mptcp_nl_remove_subflow_and_signal_addr() calls mptcp_pm_remove_announced() to clean up. - Id 0 path: mptcp_nl_remove_id_zero_address() skips cleanup entirely. Fix by making the id 0 path symmetric: call mptcp_pm_announced_remove() and decrement add_addr_signaled before queuing the RM_ADDR. Subtle detail: signal endpoints are stored in anno_list with port 0, but msk_local carries the connection's local port. In other words, entries linked to ID0 paths should have port == 0. A follow-up patch will ensure that. mptcp_pm_announced_remove() uses use_port=true for comparison. So clear the port before the lookup.
